A quaint studio apartment with 2 queen beds and kitchenette located just steps off the national forest in unincorporated Breckenridge. You'll love how close this property will leave you to the most popular ski resorts, including Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper, and just a short bike ride into Frisco for a day of disc golf at Frisco's Adventure Park.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, two burner stove top, dishwasher, microwave and toaster oven. Wake up to hot cup of complimentary coffee from the Keurig coffee maker.

A great spot to rest between ski days and avoid the early evening I-70 Traffic. Stay in Breckenridge on a budget, with the comfort of a high end hotel.

There are 2 parking spots available for this unit.

Please note, our well is dry so we truck in 1,000 gallons of water a week. Please conserve water as much as possible so we do not run out.

*Cleaning: if you plan to check out on Christmas day, Thanksgiving day, or Easter day, the cleaning fee will be 1.5x its typical amount. This will be charged after booking.

Perfect snow getaway

Jess was so welcoming and had great communication when we had questions. The suite was perfect, very clean and spacious. Location was so close to the Keystone and Breckenridge Ski resorts, just a short drive away. I came for a ski vacation and our stay couldn't have been better!

Enjoyed are stay. Will stay here again. Clean. Of particular note: host was surprisingly "on top" of things. There was an issue with VRBO (not the host), host responded immediately, and host initiated all contact and corrections with VRBO making our stay stress free. Thank you.

Father-adult-son snowboarders

All good, except I had to troubleshoot a heater problem when I arrived. Turned out that the breaker for that heater unit was shut off. So, it was easy to fix. Other recommendations: Bring your own skillet, spatula, dish rag, dish towel, kitchen hand towel, and coffee maker (if you plan to drink much coffee). Also, be advised of the need to conserve water when the well is dry, which was the case when we were there. In those circumstances, the water is trucked in and put in a storage tank to maintain the water supply. That worked fine, but it is something to be aware of.

Thank you so much for the feedback and for staying with us! I will be in Breckenridge next week and will replace the missing skillet, spatula, and dish towels, as these are necessary for cooking! I apologize that these were not there during your stay. I also have a few more mixing bowls and some coasters that I'll be putting in the unit as well. The unit does have a single serving Keurig for coffee, which is great for a cup or two, but not so great for big coffee drinkers. This is a great suggestion for those of you who love to drink a lot of coffee!

Great location and very comfortable property

We have day use at peak 7 and this was a perfect property. It is 15 mins from the top of peak 7 so the commute was fantastic to Breck. The beds were super comfortable and and the property very clean. The communication was over the top good. Thank you for the stay. We will return.

Great affordable stay

The property was perfect for our small group. Supper clean and had everything we needed. 10 min to breck and keystone, 5 min into frisco to eat and shop. Would definitely stay again!!!

Great Stay

Comfortable in-law style apartment between Frisco and Breck. Was conveniently located for the hikes we did, close to food and shopping but private enough to see the stars at night!

This house was in an ideal location super close to Breck and Frisco

Clean, well-stocked property that was more than enough for my wife and one-year old. Would definitely stay here again!

A long-time dream of ours has been to own a house in the mountains so that we can get away from the chaos of suburban life and enjoy the beautiful Colorado outdoors. We have been very fortunate to finally make this dream come true and are so excited to share our second home with you! We love coming up to the mountains to hike, snowboard, and enjoy the wildlife. We hope that you find our home to be a relaxing getaway from the chaos of every day life!

We chose this property to be our "Hillside Hideaway" because we wanted to be somewhere that is centrally located and has easy access to skiing, shopping, enjoying lakes and rivers, hiking, and isn't too far from Denver. We love that this home is in a quiet neighborhood where the neighbors are really friendly, yet backs to a beautiful hill so it still feels very private.
