In case you haven’t heard, Silverthorne is the new “it” spot in Summit County: a revamped downtown area, exciting new shops and dining options, and beautiful new lodging choices like this riverfront condo! There are many hiking and biking trails nearby, as well as world-class fly fishing on the Blue River – or book a tee time at the Raven Three Peaks golf course just down the road. And in the winter, all of Summit County’s ski areas are within 15 miles, plus there's an on-site communal hot tub to relax at the end of a long day of adventures. This is the place you and your group have been looking for!

Retreat on the Blue Condo a warm, relaxing retreat that’s perfect for up to four guests. The living area is filled with natural light from big windows overlooking the Blue River; there’s also a gas fireplace and a huge flat-screen TV for relaxing after the day’s mountain adventure. Then, step out onto the patio, put some dinner on the electric grill, and enjoy the river and views of Ptarmigan Peak! The full kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks or memorable holiday meals. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.

- Parking: 1 outdoor space total.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

Location was perfect for biking or walking without driving everywhere. It was very nice have the Blue River to sit by and enjoy. Unit was big and had everythingwe needed.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, with a convenient location. I could not find the trash dumpster for end of stay inspite of directions from rental management company. I also wish there were directions on operating the TV. Xfinity kept saying the account needed updating. I would just watch whatever I got lucky to find. I will stay again!

Property is in a great location by the river. We did have a difficult time finding the property as there is no signage at all! This was our first visit to Silverthorne and we think the town and area is beautiful!Please note: This may be a minor issue but it may become a safety concern, the tub is slippery.

This stay was even better than I imagined. The accommodations were perfect for the two of us... comfortable, clean, and well appointed. We were able to get a little work done and then enjoy the surroundings during peak aspen season.What truly surprised me was the location. We thought we were in a complex NEAR the Blue River... but soon discovered that the Blue River is literally right off the back deck. While the location is right on the edge of town, it still feels very quiet and secluded.The team members at Summit Mountain Rentals were super helpful and responsive. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay for spring skiing

Place was exactly as advertised, very clean, well-stocked for kitchen equipment and towels. In-unit washer and dryer was great. Small porch was very cute and we loved the light sound of the creek and the views. Very close to Summit County and Eagle County ski resorts.

Loved the view of river & chairs to sit out in snow! Easy communication! I locked myself out once and they immediately picked up the call and supported me. I'd stay again with Summit Rentals at the Blue Condo!

Blue River Beauty

We found the location on the Blue River excellent for exploring the areas of Silverthorne/ Dillon, Breckenridge and Vail. The property is smartly laid out and comfortable. The cleanliness and accomodations were a plus. The high quality of the bedding and linens was great.

Met all my business trip needs wonderfuly

Equipped kitchen, nice little desk area with view of the tv. Washer and dryer, and a comfortable bed. The sounds of the Blue River makes beautiful background noise. I recommend it!

Very nice Condo

The Condo is only one bedroom, but feels bigger. Nice liviing room, kitchen area and great master bath. The view of the River from the living room is nice. We would stay there again.

Ski trip #25 once for each year

Ground floor property. Nice for us. The over 65 group. Has everything you need just like you were home. Since we usually come out from Florida once every year. It will be my go to place. I’ll. Plan our next trip based on it being available.

Good value

Small but nice unit. Clean but outdated. Beautiful view of the river passing by 50 feet away. I was surprised the owner offered car jacks as a substitute for the broken legs on the pullout sofa. Check-in was weird - I didn't get my access instructions until right after check-in time - even though I was texting and asking for them. The footsteps in the unit upstairs can be heard very loudly in this unit. Leather couch and chair were very nice.Nice little complex. Feels safe. Great access to Copper Mountain, CO. Nice amount of restaurants and stores all around.
