The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was a great home base for exploring the area and conveniently located not too far from Chattanooga and Cleveland, TN. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful!

We had a fabulous time for a week-long family lake vacation. We were able to rent a boat and keep it at the dock during our stay. The cove is peaceful and beautiful. The house is updated w new bathrooms and bedrooms, excellent wifi and amenities. Thank you so much for everything! A

Great House

Quiet location with an awesome view of the lake! House had everything we needed with plenty of room to spread out. Great host that contacted us to make sure everything was good during the week.Will stay again when in the area!!!

Family wedding gathering!!!!

Traveled to area for sons wedding and stayed on the lake!!! A beautiful home that had plenty of room for all of us, every amenity you could want for a relaxing good time. Thank you for your hospitality and the wonderful home you allowed us to have for the weekend to celebrate such a special occasion.

Rural area but not to far from actives

Property owner was great in communication, house was well stocked. This is an older house that appears to have been neglected at some time, current owner seems to be updating and making improvements. Our biggest concern was the house wasn’t as clean as we expected, other guests had vacated that morning, cleaner’s were pushed for time so we could check in. (And it’s a large house) Need to look for new cleaners or getting more help. We live in an expensive world, the property seems to be overpriced for the off season, when water is down and you’re not able to use the lake.

Great Stay!

The home was the perfect place for our family vacation. We loved staying on the water. The home had many activities (dock, ping pong, board games, foosball, etc) to keep the adults and children entertained. We had a blast and would definitely come back!

Great place to get away and relax.

The property is in a nice neighborhood, with plenty of space inside and out. If you want to get away from things with some family and friends this is the place. You are about 20 minutes from any major stores and restaurants so pick up supplies on your way in. Cell service with ATT is minimal but there is WIFI on the property so you are still covered for access. The large downstairs area is great for kids or teens with a large sleeping area, living room, bathroom, kitchenette, and games. While the upper level has 3 beds rooms, 2 baths, a large kitchen, and a living room. There is a full deck on the upper level to relax, eat a meal, or throw something on the gas grill. The lower level features a covered deck, with picnic tables and ping pong. The large backyard, peer, and boat dock on the lake are an added plus for outdoor fun.

Great place, private, with lake. Lots of space. I can't imagine what the place may be like in the summer time. It was great for our thanksgiving getaway.

Nice and Comfy

We rented this home for a 3-day weekend with family so we could attend a wedding in the area. The house is comfortable, clean, and very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and we felt right at home. The beds are very comfortable as well. The view of the river is beautiful! Our favorite part was sitting on the upstairs deck to have coffee and relax while looking out at the water. If we are ever back in the area, we would most definitely love to stay here again.

Great house and location for family getaway

Perfect spot for family getaway. Easy check-in, owner was easy to communicate with. Nice additions like the foose ball , ping pong , board games and kayaks. Cove was quite with little boat traffic , swim ladder right on the dock made swimming easy. We'll stay again!

Perfect for Us!

Everything was perfect! The water was warm and the air conditioner was lovely, and the thunder and lightning storms finally cut through the humidity and were a plus for the kids.

Plenty of Space, Beautiful Waterfront, Friendly Host!

We stayed with another family here for our annual getaway. 4 Adults & 7 children. We had plenty of space, plenty of dishes, nice large dock, full sizer washer and dryer, games, and lots to do. Property is somewhat remote and cell service for us was very limited unless connected to wifi. They have on demand water heater I believe because we never had shortage of hot water even when all 3 showers were in use and then used again immediately after. This alone was awesome for us! The driveway is kind of steep, and hill to water somewhat as well. Wasn't a problem for any of us, but could be for others if they have knee problems or elderly, etc, but theres a nice covered porch on bottom and open porch on top. It was wonderful for us and we would return here again if in the area. Thank you Clark & Denise!

Beautiful setting

Really nice home to get away and enjoy the river. Spacious for families. Clean. Owner was quick to respond to messages. Big ant problem while we were there that made using the kitchen very difficult. The owner has bait out and is working on the problem but we could not have any food on the counters at all and you just had to hope the ants didn’t get in your plate of eggs before you got them to the kitchen table. Would have been nice to have had an adjustment on our rate because of this. Other than the ants, a really nice place.
