NEW 6 Bedrooms - Two houses and a pavillion on Chickamauga Lake with new dock

This incredibly unique and modern property boasts 6 bedrooms and 4 and half baths across 2 acres on the Hiwassee River. This lodge sits on a level lot and has a main house with 3Br/2Bath. A tiny house with 2Br/1bath and a pavillion with a bedroom and a bath and half. The spacious pavillion also will seat 20 and has a 70in TV to relax and watch your favorite sports. There is also a firepit beside the pavillion to allow you to wind down after a long day on the river. All dwellings on the property have granite countertops and new LVP flooring, All appliances are new and stainless steel and this property has a kitchen at each dwelling for your convenience. There is a brand new dock on the property and a paddle board and kayak will be made available for your pleasure. (water is up 4/15-10/7) The 2 slip dock has an open slip for you to bring your own boat and leave on property or rent one daily from the local marina. WIFI internet is strong and avaible for your use and TVS are setup for streaming. You will never be bored at this amazing river retreat.

I do not understand why I would come to woods by the lake to a place that is a half hour from everywhere, and yet the birds were a singing, the hound dogs were a howling and we caught an ugly Garr fish.Oh, I remember now, I came to marry off a daughter, in a barn about a half-hour away, and the birds were a singing, the hound dogs were howling and the clouds were reflecting off the water on the lake.The bride and her maids were put in the castle in the center of the property. The aunt and uncle we put by the lake to guard for any intruders, and I cuddled with my wife in the cottage in front on a full-size bed, and still the birds were a singing, the hound dogs were a howling and the frogs were a croaking to the sound of the soft rain.After the wedding, I invited some cousins and friend over to relax. Some gathered in the kitchen and others enjoyed the outside veranda by the lake, and still the birds were a singing, the hound dogs were howling and the sunset quietly off in the distance.

Outstanding Houses, Location, Amenities, and Host!!

This is by far the best value we've ever rented!! It's like renting three separate rentals. All three were bright, roomy, and extremely relaxing. The location on the lake was just as advertised with a boat dock and kayaks available. Would absolutely rent this again!!

✨10/10✨Amazing property for extended or multiple families

Amazing property for multiple families. The main house, small house, and pavilion area allowed us to spread out but have common areas to gather. We originally rented to accommodate out of town guests for a graduation. After viewing the property, we decided to host an outdoor graduation party here. The pavilion area was perfect for setting up and preparing food and was big enough to put additional seating. The lake-view was stunning and provided for a perfect picture backdrop. Kitchens were well-equipped and the property was well maintained and clean. We can’t wait to stay here again.
