Guest Access & Check-In
Guests have full access to the entire condo, making the space entirely yours to enjoy and feel at home.

Check-in is easy and secure. A 24-hour concierge will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please bring a valid ID and notify us if the guest checking in is not the individual who booked the reservation. The concierge will verify that the name on the reservation matches the guest and guide you to your unit.

You will receive a digital door code in your check-in instructions for convenient access to the condo. Once inside, a key fob is provided for easy entry and exit from the building for the remainder of your stay.

Located in the historic Peachtree Towers, this fully updated condo offers the perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The building is known for its excellent insulation, so you almost never hear your neighbors, ensuring a peaceful stay.
The space has been meticulously renovated from floor to ceiling and thoughtfully decorated with comfort in mind. The living area is versatile, ideal for business meetings or leisure, and features a high-end sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests, making the total capacity 4 guests. A 50-inch TV with Roku and high-speed wireless internet are included for entertainment.
The bedroom features a top-of-the-line queen mattress and premium bedding for a restful night’s sleep. The sparkling bathroom is modern and fully equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
