Beachfront Daze, Oceanfront with Pool

Summary:

This oceanfront condo offers unobstructed ocean views and an open floor plan. From the living room of this 3 BR condo your attention is immediately drawn out the double sliding doors to the ocean. The ocean views continue from the main BR which shares access to the expansive oceanfront deck via another set of sliding doors. Both guest bedrooms are extremely spacious This unit has an amazing location and is an easy bike ride to the boardwalk!



The Space:

This is a 2nd floor unit and there is no elevator. The pool is located just behind the condo. The HOA opens the pool mid April and closes typically the second week in September, depending on weather.



We also supply the following for each property:

A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay



Guest Access:

Assigned parking, please display parking pass inside condo. There is room for 2 cars in tandem that is shared with another unit. There are also 6 spots by the pool in the back that are first come first serve. We highly recommend seeing if one of those is available when you get there as it is much easier to get in and out of. We are grateful our HOA gives us 2 spots free but unfortunately can do nothing about the parking in tandem. Thank you for understanding.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is close to everything. Mix of vacationers and year round residents.



Getting Around:

- Free parking at condo- PLEASE park in assigned covered space and parking row AND note OVERSIZED vehicles or overhead storage might not fit.



-Walk, bike, public parking at beaches and in town



-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations.



-Uber cars and taxi's are also available



Other Things to Note:

- Centrally located to access all outdoor activities "Pleasure Island" has to offer: fishing, boating, biking, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Many amazing restaurants , eclectic drinking holes and coffee shops + Historic Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium. Check out the new mural project around Carolina Beach too!



- Less than 40 minutes to Airport (ILM)



- Less than 30 minutes to downtown Wilmington





There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
