¡Recién renovado Seaside Sunrise! Vista al mar 2 habitaciones / 2 baños condominio

Bienvenido a Seaside Sunrise, los pisos recién pintados y nuevos te harán sentir como si estuvieras de vacaciones en un resort.

No hay nada como sentarse en su terraza en un condominio con vista al mar. Tenemos fácil acceso a nuestra hermosa playa de arena blanca, a solo unos pasos. Puedes ver jugar a los delfines y volar a los pelícanos. Si eres madrugador, puedes tomar tu café mientras sale el sol sobre el océano.

La cocina está totalmente equipada e incluye una estufa completa, refrigerador y lavaplatos. Con un plano de planta abierto, puedes estar en la cocina y disfrutar de la vista al mar. El comedor tiene una mesa y cuatro sillas más dos taburetes en el mostrador de la cocina. El salón tiene muchos asientos y una gran televisión de pantalla plana con cable y wifi.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con baño. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama king size y comparte el baño del pasillo. Nuestra sala de estar tiene un sofá cama queen size. Proporcionaremos colchas y almohadas, pero los huéspedes deben proporcionar todos los demás gravámenes.

También tenemos una lavadora y secadora apilables, piscina al aire libre y área de picnic. Nuestra pasarela de acceso a la playa está justo al otro lado de la calle.

Qué lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar del verano. Puede pasear por la playa hasta el área del paseo marítimo y obtener una deliciosa dona en Britts Donut Shop o una porción de pizza en Frank's Pizza. Hay mucho que hacer durante el verano: bandas en vivo y fuegos artificiales los jueves por la noche y muchos restaurantes locales para elegir. Si te quemas demasiado por el sol y necesitas un día fuera del sol, no olvides el Acuario de Carolina del Norte en la misma calle de Kure Beach.

Home Away From Home

Clean & beautiful condo! Neighborhood is quiet & family friendly. Spacious deck with lighting. Grill with picnic tables near the pool. Pool is very nice, never crowded. So much to do in this area. Definitely saving this little piece of paradise & plan to go back. Owners were attentive, super friendly, & made everything easy from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

Vacation

Overall it was a good vacation. Beds were comfy, house was clean and host was responsive after a bit of a hiccup on check in day also the door sticks and sometimes takes a minute to get it opened and make sure you pull it behind you or it won’t shut. The location is a short walk to beach. The pool was clean and chilled but a bit small. Keep in mind also the pictures are not updated. They have since built houses to where you can catch ocean views between the 2 houses but not as well as pictures showed. The parking was the worst part about the vacation. But the host did their best to do what they could. Would I stay again? Probably not only because I like to be closer to stores, restaurants and the boardwalk. But overall good place and responsive host.

Perfect vaca spot

Beach access across the street. This was the perfect spot for our family. Our kids loved going to the beach and swimming in the pool everyday. It was perfect for us! Everything was clean and as described. It’s close to shops as well.

Wedding weekend

Lovely Condo!

This condo was absolutely wonderful! The unit was well decorated and the beds were soooo comfortable. We all loved being on the first floor! This will definitely be our new vacation spot going forward!

Pleasure Island Jeep Jam

We were in the area for the Jeep Jam ad I wanted to find a place with covered parking. The unit is clean and across from the beach. We had a relaxing week in the unit.

Second time.

This was the second time we stayed in this unit and it was fantastic yet again. Natalie was so quick to respond. New TV in the bedroom was an added touch. So close to the beach and so clean.

Weekend at the beach

Very comfortable house and well equipped kitchen. Please note you need to bring all linens, paper products and soaps. Baby items ( booster seat and toys) were available as well as beach toys, DVD’s and games. Nice seating area on large porch.

Great Family Condo.

We loved this condo!! My three year was so excited when we got there because there was tons of toys there. We all enjoyed sitting out on the deck. The condo was VERY clean and spacious! My teenagers my teenagers enjoyed having their own space! We spent a lot of time on the beach and at the nice pool! The beach access is right across the street! They also have beach toys and chairs at the condo!! I will definitely book this condo again!!!

Family stay

Upon arrival we had to message the property manager because we were never given access instructions. The door was difficult to unlock and operate. The unit does not have a clear ocean view. You can only see a small amount of the ocean between two large buildings. There is a pool on the property however it is extremely small just so they can say they have one I suppose…and the buildings parking situation is unclear.

Quiet condo across the street from beach

Nice condo across the street from the beach with easy access. One flight of stairs and key coded lock. Spacious living room with balcony that has an ocean view. Nice small kitchen with appliances, dishes, utensils and pans. Two large bedrooms with king beds and a pullout sofa bed in living room. One bathroom attached to one bedroom and another bathroom in the hall across from second bedroom. Both king beds were comfortable, however you have to bring own linens including towels and wash cloths or rent from local company. We just took our own. Toilet paper and hand soap provided. Small stack washer and dryer that works well. All dishes/pans must be washed and put up prior to leaving as well as trash taken out. Kitchen trash bags were poor quality and broke. Had to use two each time just to take trash out twice. A few areas of dust and sand from previous renter left and some knives that were not clean. No biggie, just cleaned and enjoyed the time. If you like to have a TV in the bedrooms, you are out of luck, only one TV in the place and it’s a smart tv in the living room and has an antenna( that only picks up at times) and also some streaming options. I normally like to watch the news or whatever before I go to sleep, unable to here. Overall nice location if you like to stay on the beach and occasionally go out, if not it’s a short (10-15 min)drive to the grocery store or restaurants. A/C and hot water works great. Did not have to contact owners during stay.

Comfy beds, close walk to the beach, friendly property manager, easy check in process, and just a great place to stay. Make sure to buy/bring toilet paper, paper towels, and king sheets.

Great condo at the beach

We stayed for five nights in this lovely condo. Super location and very nicely equipped for your time at the beache. We enjoyed renting bikes, long walks on the beach and fun in the surf and sand.
