Bean Point Beach. Vacation at Anna Maria Island with the most beautiful white sands beach and crystal clear emerald green waters in the world! Bean Point Beach Cottage is located at the (North End "tip" of the island) quiet and peaceful (no noise and hardly anyone on beaches since parking is restricted mostly to the AMI homes : owners (you have 3 parking spaces at front door of house). Alamanda Rd. Is 1 block over from the beach (short stroll…walking). This newly updated bean point beach cottage has valuted ceilings with fans. 1 full bedroom offers a brand new comfy (Electric adjustable sit-up) King bed with Large TV and ceiling fans. Livingroom offers vaulted ceilings and open floor plan to Kitchen : Plus 1 brand new very comfortable xtra long twin 10” foam mattress daybed for tall adult (or children). Interior Living Room Dining table - seats 4. Kitchen Island - seats 2. Exterior table just off living room back door offers umbrella 6 seating area to sit outside for dining. 1 Outdoor shower outside back entry wall for…sandy beach days. Full sized brand new washer / dryer inside building closet. Large 55” Living Room TV / Free “fast” Spectrum Internet to work online. A couple of beach chairs are available outside. Room for golf cart parking directly at front door with outlet (if you rent one). This property is managed by its Florida local owner and very well taken care of personally by owner (you can enter property without contact or host will help). You have your own; A/C unit (covid safe), Private Front and Back Door ground level entrances. 1 level house (great for elderly). Come stay safe and social distanced! Relax at quiet Anna Maria Island while staying safe! ....fun Bean Point Beach / Anna Maria Island. Walk, bike or kayak at the quaint Anna Maria Pine street restaurants look out at the water while eating or stroll shopping at the AMI village (5 minute bike ride or short 15 minutes walk away). Horse back riding in the waters : nearby. Or go off island for day trips to visit the nearby new Mote Marine Aquarium (building looks like a cruise ship where you can see live sea turtles : fish : manatee: penguins), Cortez on the beach has weekly tent flea markets, and Sarasota’s st Armand’s key shopping circle. (Local list of events & “rental” companies activities will provided). Visit us at Anna Maria Island… and you’ll want to come back! every year!

Restaurants on Pine Street within a short golf cart, bike ride or walking distance for breakfast/lunch/dinner and shops. Large living room TV to view from comfy 10” brand new foam mattress size XL day bed. Full Sized Kitchen; dishwasher: fridge: full size stove: microwave, Free Internet available (work from the beach house).
