This beachfront condo is a slice of paradise with a beautiful ocean view and private beach access. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms there is enough space for your family to relax and enjoy a peaceful beach vacation. The condo is renovated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and comfortable furniture. Anything you would ever need is already in the condo: fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, bed linens, and more. The building has a heated pool that directly overlooks the ocean. You are just a few minutes from amazing shopping, dining, and activities. This unit is independently owned and the personal owner will manage the unit to answer any question 24/7.

Fantastic condo!

We loved it. The condo was exceptionally clean and decorated very nicely. Everything that we needed was provided. It is in an excellent location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. We very much enjoyed our stay. We have booked it again for next year.

Perfect location. Quiet beach. Beautiful condo that is clean and well appointed.Host was attentive and helpful prior to checkin.No issues at all. Check for low tides and go shelling along the beach to the north of the condo and you will keep entertained until the tide comes back in.

The condo was perfect, very clean and organized with every possible convenience at your disposal, Kristen was the perfect host and guided us through the very rough landing of Hurricane Ian. I can say enough about how great Kristen was for our entire stay. You will not be disappointed staying in this property!! Can’t wait to come back!!

The condo and the condo building were beautiful. The location was amazing. It was located right on the water. The neighborhood surrounding it was also very beautiful. Quiet area but there were still restaurants nearby. Very close to lovers key park where we went kayaking to see the manatee. The condo itself had everything you can imagine.; Very well maintained, very beautiful, very clean. We spoke to the owner and she was very kind and accommodating. I will be returning!!

What a great place to stay kristen has everything you need and more, I've stayed at several stocked places over the years and her kitchen is stocked with GOOD pots and pans with GOOD knives also that very important to us, we've always brought our own pan and knives due to not so good stuff in the kitchen, well didn't need them that's big plus for us, The view was spectacular and everything she said she has she does. She also checks on you to make sure everything is good on check in and check out or if we need anything, we were very happy with this unit, we will be back

Highly recommended

We had an amazing weeks stay at this apartment and couldn’t recommend it enough. The host made contact before we arrived checking all was ok with our upcoming stay and then when we arrived the apartment was a breath of fresh air. Clean, beautiful views of the beach, stocked so well with all the amenities you need and a few extra little bonuses. Any problems we had throughout our stay the host was reachable and answered any questions. Thank you for our lovely stay and for all the extra help you are giving us. We would love to return one day.

Sunset Paradise

This is one of the best rentals we've ever had! We would definitely stay here again. It has everything you would need. The location to the beach is perfect. It was a very quiet neighborhood as was the beach. Kristen is very attentive and great to work with. The amenities that are provided go above and beyond. There was alot of stuff you didn't have to buy that goes a long way in making your trip enjoyable. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Absolutely Wonderful!

The condo was above and beyond what we could have expected. Everything you could possibly need and then some…for a beach trip..especially flying in and not knowing what to expect. I’ve told everyone I know about this property…and being off season in the middle of June…what?!?!? Yes…absolutely THE BEST beach trip I’ve been on. Thank you!! Thank you!!! We will be back!!!

Amazing!!!

If it wasnt at this property, you didnt need it!! Wonderful location a stone’s throw away from the ocean. Clean, every amenity you can think of including internet for every need possible, awesome ocean access, heated pool, spectacular sunset views, white sand beach w/tons of shells and crystal clear water. Plenty of wildlife viewing and room for water activities galore! Location is close to everything that is Southwest Florida!! Pontoon boat rentals are literally 5 minutes down the BLVD. That was something we definately enjoyed to the fullest. Kristen is a gracious host and goes the extra mile to make folks feel comfy as possible!! We will be back for sure… if you only go to Bonita Springs once in your life, stay there! You wont be dissapointed, it’s impossible!!

We’ll maintained, beautifully decorated condo

Excellent experience with this rental. The condo was beautifully decorated and our family of 4 had plenty of room. Location is right on the beach and we had a designated parking spot. The only complaint we have, and it had nothing to do with the condo or owner, is that the pool heater broke right before we got there and they were painting the exterior of the building and had all the equipment in the pool area. Owner is super informative and responds quickly to messages.

Greatest travel experience ever!

My husband and I just returned from a stay at Kristen's condo. There are not even enough words to describe our stay. The condo is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. We loved sitting in the lanai in the morning and watching dolphins swim by. This was the perfect time of year to visit Bonita. There were no crowds and it was so peaceful. Kristen was so responsive with any questions we may have. We have rented many properties from VRBO, but this one topped them all. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to stay to rent this unit. The kindest, responsive host I have ever rented from.
