Stay low country in this stately designed home. Newly remodeled & fully equipped for your golfer’s retreat or family/friends' coastal vacation. 5 minutes from SeaPines Beach Club and 6 mins from the Harbourtown Golf Links.
Located in famous Sea Pines Plantation. Enter the gates of resort living offering trolley rides to local restaurants, premium golf courses, pools, HarbourTown Lighthouse, & most importantly- the beach!
Guests have full owner's access to the heated Harbourtown pool!
Custom charcuterie board, wine/beer, fresh flowers, or private chef accommodations are available upon request. Perfect for special occasions upon arrival or for an after-round or beach snack.
The space:
Handmade Saltillo tiles lay the floor, vaulted ceilings canopy each room, designer fabrics & appliances throughout, with tongue and groove paneling wrapping the walls.
A chef’s kitchen opens into the living room with an electric fireplace for the cozy nights in. A functional layout boasting 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms- featuring two ensuites located on the main ground floor, and two bedrooms upstairs with a bath.
Bedrooms:
The bedrooms feature comfortable luxury-style bedding with pillow-toppers on every bed.
Bedroom #1-Downstairs Master wing featuring a King bed, ensuite bathroom, and access to a private patio through a sliding glass door.
Bedroom #2- 2nd downstairs bedroom featuring a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom #3- Located upstairs and features a Queen bed.
Bedroom #4- Located upstairs with two XL Twin beds.
Bathrooms:
Each bathroom features oversized plush bath towels, washcloths, makeup cloths, plant-based cleansers, and a hairdryer.
Bathroom#1-Located in Master Wing. Custom curbless tile shower with an oversized rain head and double vanity.
Bathroom #2- Attached to the 2nd downstairs bedroom and off of the kitchen. Custom marble tile and fixtures
Bathroom #3- Located between the two upstairs bedrooms. Custom floor tiling with a bathtub/shower and double vanity.
Living Room:
The living room offers a Samsung "The Frame" Smart TV, YouTube TV for cable, Premium Spotify for music, a cloud-like couch, reading materials, fun board games, and an electric fireplace to create a cozy at-home ambiance with an option with or without heat.
Kitchen:
Offers a fully equipped chef's kitchen to make homemade meals with state-of-the-art Samsung appliances, LeCreuset pots/pans/kitchenware, complimentary organic coffee, teas, spices, and Triple Reverse Osmosis filtered water off the sink.
Backyard:
Large front and backyard. Over 1,200 sq ft of paved back patio with a fire pit to gather around on cooler nights, an outdoor (hot and cold water) rain-head shower, outdoor grilling area, and plenty of room for kids and dogs to run and roam.
Beach Equipment:
-4 Huffy Beach Cruiser Bikes are located at the house free of charge. 2 Men's & 2 Women's
-4 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs are also available.
Additional beach equipment can be rented from the Beach Club in Sea Pines.
Guest access:
To enter the Sea Pines Gates- you must have a gate pass. Upon booking, please send a driver's name and how many car passes you will need. If the host did not get this information, you must purchase a daily ($10) or weekly ($20) pass. You will pick these passes up at the Sea Pines Welcome Center (large building to the right of the gate).
You will receive check-in instructions via email from VRBO a few days before your arrival. These instructions will be available anytime in the app in your reservation under "Check-In Instructions."
Parking is allowed in the driveway with overflow if needed to the right on the pine straw ONLY. NO parking on the grass or street.
Landscapers come every Friday to maintain the grounds.
The trash company comes every Wednesday to get trash bags out of the bins located in the service yard. The trash must be placed in bags in order for them to take it. Please ensure the service yard is unlocked for Wednesday morning.
Please review all house rules prior to booking.
***Before booking, please confirm you have read ALL of the below.***
**House Rules:
• Upon booking, provide the host with a name for one of the drivers along with the number of gate passes you will need for your stay.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any open door. There will be a $400 charge for any lingering smell of smoke.
• Pets: Max of 2 well-behaved dogs. (No cats are allowed). Documented with host and paid pet fee before check-in. A $25 pet fee will be charged per pet per night or $100 for anything over a 4-night stay.
• There is a $200 fee for a cat or undocumented pet that has been discovered staying.
• No pets on furniture. For potential jumpers- please use quilts for couch.
• Quiet time between 10 PM – 8 AM. After 10:00 pm, Sea Pines strictly enforces a minimal noise ordinance. Any complaints filed against tenants will result in eviction with no refund for the remainder of the stay.
• No parties or events. Special events such as parties are not permitted without permission from the host.
• No photography sessions in the house or on-premise without permission from the host and paid photography fee.
• No more than 8 overnight guests
• No parking on the street or on the grass. Please use the driveway and the space to the right of the driveway for overflow.
**Before you go, please...
• Properly wash all dishes, dry, and return to their original place. Start dishwasher for any last-minute dishes.
• Empty and dispose of used food items in fridge, freezer, and pantry along with any kitchen items bought and used during stay. Please do not leave behind anything- including plastic cutlery, condiment packets, etc.
• Empty all garbage from kitchen and bathrooms. Put bags in the bins located off of laundry room.
• If any pets, clean up feces, pet hair, and dispose. Any excessive hair left behind will be charged. Vacuum couch if needed.
• Close/Lower all shades throughout house.
• Turn off all lights including exterior lights.
• Lock all doors and windows if opened.
• If used bikes, send a picture of them locked up to get deposit returned.
• Tidy up! An excessive amount of cleaning will result in extra cleaning charges
**Security/Pet Deposit
The host may withhold all or part of the deposit. Cause for withholding deposit or charge for extra funds include, but are not limited to, the following:
•Excessive wear & tear.
• Pet urine, feces, excessive pet hair, stains left behind, scratches on furniture
• Excessive cleaning required from stay or pets (stains on linens, furniture moved, trash, etc).
• Lingering smell of smoke ($400)
• Damage to the premises or contents
• Missing items requiring replacement
• House rules not observed
• Not complying fully with the "Before You Go" checklist
• Occupancy limits not observed
• No disturbance complaints were filed
• Evidence of a dog/cat that wasn't authorized ($200)
• Charges for mailing personal items left behind
Normal wear and tear defined:
Leave it as you found it. Anything beyond a normal turnover/regular clean.
-No stains, dents, marks on wall, dents in appliances, missing items, moved furniture, excessive linen staining, etc.
The guest shall allow the host (or designee) access to the property for purposes of repairs and inspection if required. The host shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
