We had a wonderful vacation at this home. The pool was great for young children as it was a bit shady in the morning but had full sun in the afternoon for the adults while the little ones slept. We appreciated the high lock on the door out to the deck/pool to keep the two year old from venturing outside. The beach access was great and we were able to walk to The Dune House for lunch and to the General Store in the evening for an ice cream. We loved the layout of the house and would certainly stay here again.

8 Classmates in our mid 60’s from Ohio

Our 4th annual trip picked this wonderful local and home. The great room, kitchen, back deck and pool were spectacular. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Each bedroom has an en-suite. Beds and linens were comfortable. Anyone looking for a great restaurant, please go to the Skull Creek Beach House. You won’t regret it!!

Amazing Hilton Head Home

My family & I stayed here over spring break in April 2025. We brought our 2 frenchies with us. This home couldn’t have been more perfect for us. Very clean considering they allow dogs. Location in Palmetto Dunes is ideal to both the beach, tennis/pickleball courts as well as the General Store - all walkable. We will definitely stay here again! LOVED it! Easy check in & checkout too.

Great location, Great House

The house is two blocks from ocean access. It’s a very easy walk. We went to the beach with chairs most days, and everyday with our dog.The house is very nice. Sheets, dinnerware, etc are all rental grade, which is expected. The space is great. Large dining area, large common area, nice master bath. Guest bedrooms are bigger than a typical condo, guest bathrooms are on par with a typical condo.The street is very nice. Lots of large, pretty homes. Dog walks and bike rides are pleasant and interesting

Family vacation

The house was a great fit for our family. It was well equipped and the pool was nice especially with the hot weather. Proximity to the beach was wonderful. Palmetto Dunes location was fantastic. We enjoyed riding the bikes too. Don't expect early check in.

Great house & location

Every thing was great about this large house. There was a small issue with the pool being cleaned mid week. But as soon as we called the next day, they came immediately.

Fantastic Vacation Home in Palmetto Dunes

This was our second time at this property (Dec 2021 and Dec 2023) and it continues to be a fabulous vacation spot for us. Fully stocked kitchen, CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN (even though pet friendly!), enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all and the management company is super-communicative and easy to get help from if needed. Thank you!

Good accommodation

Administration was flexible in allowing us to occupy one day early (no one rented for several days before we arrived) and leave one day early, which allowed more time with our kids/ grandkids who couldn't stay the whole week. This flexibility was very helpful. House was well-cleaned and well-maintained.

Great house in great location!

This is one of the best rentals we’ve stated in on Hilton Head! Super clean, really close access to the beach, perfect layout for two families… all bathrooms with en-suite bathrooms…. Great kitchen with all the basics… and nicely decorated! Would love to come back for another visit. Also, lots of deer sightings in the back yard which was a fun surprise!

Great Vacation Spot

We’ve stayed at Hilton Head in several different properties, but we all agreed this property and rental company were the best. The house was lovely, comfortable and well stocked with towels, dishes, etc. Every couple loved having their own large bedroom and bathroom. The pool was great! The rental staff replied quickly when I had a question. They even had a welcome packet the dogs.

Fantastic stay!

What a great property! Great location (500 steps from the beach), and spacious enough for ten of us. The kitchen was well appointed (we ate at the house most days, so this was great!). Everything was clean and comfortable. The house was a little dated, but in good repair. Dog friendly. We would definitely recommend it!

Perfect mid winter break!

The house was beautiful and had so much space! We brought my in-laws and son’s friend, and had so much room to spread out and had enough privacy for everyone. The house, was immaculate, even though a bit outdated in the bathrooms. The kitchen, living areas, and flooring throughout seemed to be new, which was so nice! The pool was very clean, even though it was February, so I brought a wetsuit for my 9 year old to take a swim! It was only a 5 minute walk to beach, and 10 minute walk to bike rentals, general store for breakfast, and golf and tennis. Highly recommend this property for multi family vacations, as there are 3 separate, private areas, for adults, and an additional kids bunk room right off the kitchen! Will definitely be back to rent this home!

Family Thanksgiving

We loved this house! It was perfect for our Family Thanksgiving at the Beach!! We were so pleased with the well equipped kitchen…all the dishes and pots and pans we needed to cook our Thanksgiving feast!! We had a problem with the pool not heating but as soon as I called someone was there to fix it right away. Thank you so much for that because my grandchildren loved being in the pool. Everything from start to finish was great! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Home

We had extended family in town for a wedding. The house was exactly as we expected from pictures, Vacation Company corrected some very minor issues with towels/sheet and quickly responded to some pool issues. It was quiet, great location, and roomy for all 12 of us.

Hilton Head exceptionally busy.

All ok. A lot of fumbles in checking in, particularly re entry passes. Too many entities involved in managing the properties. Family had a great time, however.
