You can`t get much closer to living near ASU than this property! Small complex of 12 units with pool. Furnished and recently remodeled in this quiet complex. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 full baths. New flooring throughout/no carpeting, stainless steel appliances, newer full size washer & dryer. Included are two designated parking spots(one covered)
The host has equipped this place for long stays - wifi, washer, and dryer included.
Entire unit- bottom floor unit.

Accèss to pool area is via two entrances near parking area.
College environment- Prefer guests preview property prior to acceptance.
Again, the pool is not heated therefore, most guests would not use in the cooler months.

Community pool but not heated. Access to pool is no longer from patio area but via back gates near parking.
* This location may not be a good fit for folks escaping the cold wintery weather for a few months- please call me to discuss.
