Located in the center of it all, the best of Williamsburg is just outside the door. This loft is in a converted factory with 12-foot-high ceilings, one wall of huge windows, roof access, laundry in the basement and well-appointed furniture. It's a clean, sunny, and spacious with designer furniture, two bedrooms, a rooftop and a full kitchen.

Many artistic people live in this neighborhood, so you will encounter many artistic galleries, and listen to street musicians, and get to appreciate local painters and designers. In addition to all of these, you will have an access to the roof with panoramic view of Williamsburg Bridge and Downtown Manhattan.

One block away, there is a L train subway station, Bedford Ave. station. Two blocks away, there is L or G train Lorimer St. or Metropolitan Ave. subway station. You can take a bus to go to Rockaway beach that leaves on the weekend. On the riverside, you can take a ferry that will take you across East River to 34th street in Manhattan, or Downtown Brooklyn (under the Brooklyn Bridge), or Downtown Manhattan. Or you can pedal around Williamsburg or over the bridge to Manhattan (bike share station 3 blocks away) where you can leave the bike.
