Wonderful house with everything you and your family needs. Full kitchen, laundry, three bedrooms, an office/den (with a sleeper sofa), a sun room, mud room, patio, and large backyard!

We are experienced superhosts and work hard to make sure we get every detail right. This is a new listing so we will be quick to help if we missed anything!

Great place for the whole family

This was a great place to stay for the whole family. Lots of space to spread out and a very well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive.

Locals stay while filming at our house.

We will enjoyed our stay. We have 2 cats & they loved the glassed in patio to watch all the wildlife in large backyard. HBO was filming in our house so location was perfect. They were fencing in very large backyard so folks traveling with your dogs best place ever.

Great little house in Atlanta

Cute little bungalow with everything we needed for a family spring break (parents, 3 kids 9-13y). Easy to drive to downtown attractions but quiet neighborhood not in the middle of everything. We did not have pets but it was obvious that the house was ready for dogs. Big backyard. Nice little welcome basket. Super friendly, responsive hosts. (Note: this house does not have a hot tub.)

Quiet stay in Atlanta

Seven of us had room to spread out. It was very clean on arrival and we had everything we needed. Simple, quiet, and cute! The only thing I thought about having a use for was a small dish drying rack. (We have littles and tend to handwash things we need quickly while traveling.) Washer and dryer are super fast. We do a lot of laundry and it was super easy!

Great experience

We were very pleased with our stay! Our family of 5 with 2 teens and an 11 yr old were very happy here. Everything was as listed, or better. Very clean and comfortable. I appreciated that it was stocked enough with basics like tp, spices, and dishwasher detergent, dish rags, even coffee! Since we were mostly cooking our own meals for the week, it was great to have a well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable, furniture comfortable. The outside areas were lovely to spend time in. Owner was responsive and helpful. The office area upstairs was perfect for one of us having to work through the week. This is one of the few places we've stayed that was actually better than we thought it would be!

Vacation stay

Property was mostly clean. In the middle of the night while getting a drink of water I saw a cockroach in the kitchen and later saw they did have roach traps under the counter. The couch was also broken, and they had rigged it with boards underneath where the legs had broken. Neighborhood was slightly run down, but not where we felt unsafe. Overall it wasn’t anything that made us want to leave, but home could use a little improvement.

Forgiving:)

Our silly puppy destructive a blind and the owners weren’t angry nor did they charge a crazy amount for the blind. They were absolutely reasonable. The only issue we had was there was fur everywhere, on the rugs, bedding, pillows, floor as in dusty fur bunnies. That was rough but we needed a place that allowed pets since our house sitter bailed on us.

Wonderful home

We really enjoyed this house. It had the space we needed to spread out during our time in atlanta. The hosts were communicative and very flexible. We would book with them again!

Cozy, charming and clean

We loved this spot it was very cozy and it had everything we needed. You’re gonna love the little enclosed breakfast patio in the back! We also appreciated that the hosts were always quick to respond.

Cute Bungalow

The house is adorable and we were thankful for the huge backyard. The driveway was a bit too narrow for my truck and trailer so street parking was a must. Both employees were able to park their smaller cars in the driveway without trouble.

Highly Recommended!

My wife and wife are from Indianapolis but spend the months of January and February in the southeast. This year we stayed in 6 different locations and this was one of our favorites. It had all of the things that are important to us: Quiet neighborhood, responsive host, close to nice restaurants, nice walking area and one of the most important items...a fenced in back yard for our dog!

Family Trip

This was a perfect location for a short family trip to Atlanta. Quick trips into downtown and to Stone Mountain. Considering it’s proximity to downtown, the exact location/immediate area may not have been the most ideal however there was great security features at the bungalow that made us feel safe and in our own quiet little space. The house looked exactly like the pictures which is always a major plus. Our kids loved the upstairs, the beds were all very comfortable, and we enjoyed movies and family time in the living room on the couch. The hosts were very accommodating, friendly and check in was a breeze (which hasn’t always been the case with our past experiences at other rentals). Would highly recommend this for a trip to Atlanta.
