Great location

We just wanted to get away for a few days. It rained a lot but we were able to enjoy the porch overlooking the ocean. We hung out and ate all of our meals out there. Good size rooms and bathrooms.

Beautiful in Every Way!

This is an absolutely beautiful and cozy property. It has everything you need. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the beach house and it's welcoming atmosphere. Owners were kind and prompt in answering questions. I hope we can stay there again.

Outstanding property in a great location

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. I don’t think we have ever stayed in a place so clean! The unit borders the beach with a great view. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. Kudos to this VRBO property!

Fun in Tropical Storm Debby

This was our yearly trip to Garden City and it never disappoints. Even with Debby we still had a great time. Love this condo and the location! See you next year.

Just Perfect!

The Santos were everything we imagined and more. We loved and enjoyed our long weekend with at the Santos 3 bedroom condo. Great bedding and linens. Kitchen well equipped. Super comfortable for a family.

Family get away July 10-15

The property was clean and maintained. The unit itself was beautiful and roomy. Stocked with everything we needed to make meals together. Pool was enjoyed by all and the access to the beach could not have been easier. Made quite a few new friends and would love to go back!

We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the porch was a beautiful view of the ocean. Only thing that caught us off guard was the steps to the condo.

Girls Trip

One of our Sister/Friends passed and Myrtle Beach was the last vacation we all took together so we decided to come back & celebrate her. Our stay was great we had a awesome time. Only issue was there was some sand on our bed. But all & all everything else was great.

Girls weekend

Plenty of space; well updated and decoration. Loved the view from the balcony! Location was perfect. Word of advise: if calling for heavy rain be prepared to stay in due to road flooding over the inlet. We left on the day of heavy rain; just had to make a slight detour to get around the flooding. But was not a big deal! WILL STAY AGAIN

Nice Place but no cable TV and FREEZING when we got there.

Overall, the place is okay. The host was responsive prior to reservation. I was concerned when we first arrived. The porch door was broken. Once I spoke with the owner, she indicated that the repair person didn’t have a chance to fix it. It was 54 degrees INSIDE the condo. It took three hours for the condo to warm up to 65. The rugs in the master bath were dirty, the towels were pretty threadbare…I would recommend bringing your own. We discovered quickly that the cable didn’t work, but we were too tired to try any further and went to bed. After two days of trying to log into our own Netflix/Hulu accounts, we notified the owner because her smart TV wouldn’t allow any sort of use. She said that there was a new cable box in the Master and we could install it! We cannot, as she needs to log in and set it up under her name. We were surprised we were required to wash & dry all of the towels prior to departure. Most locations just ask you to gather them by the washer with the sheets. Overall, we weren’t pleased with the service…the place was fine for the location/money, but we won’t be staying again.

Beautiful Getaway

We booked this condo for a short winter getaway to see the ocean and stick our toes in the sand. The condo was well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. The home was super clean and updated in decor. The porch overlooking the ocean was absolutely perfect for morning coffee and undwinding in the evening. Our only "complaints" (I use that word loosely) were the number of stair cases that needed to be climbed in order to reach the condo. It is essentially on the 3rd floor and that made toting small kids plus all their bags, toys, etc a bit difficult. Additionally, we were instructed to check out by 10 am with all of our linens washed and dried. This is a 3 bedroom condo with a pull-out couch and a stacked "apartment" style washer/dryer combo. The amount of time needed to wash AND dry all sheets and pillowcases in a small washer and dryer set is astronomical. We really needed to be up before the sun to make that happen. Having 3 small kids on vacation and adding the stress of needing to be up early to allow for 4 hours of laundry is a deal breaker for future trips. Not to mention there was an additional decently large cleaning fee on top of us washing/drying all linens, removing all trash from the condo and taking it downstairs, and washing/drying all dishes. We stay at 5-6 VRBO rentals per year and this is the first time we have ever dealt with this amount of cleaning prior to check out with a relatively hefty cleaning fee as well.

The location of the property was wonderful and we loved having an ocean view. Kitchen was well equipped. Water pressure in master bathroom sink was terrible. Towels were poor quality and washcloths were like cleaning rags. Would have appreciated a heads up about motorcycle rally which took place during our stay. Terrible noise all night resulting in poor quality of sleep. Not the fault of owner, but biker week events should be flagged so that renters can make an informed choice.
