*Just 1 block from the Lake, Swim Beach and Park. Less than 5 min. to Snow summit and the Village. *Plenty of Room for multiple families. There are 2 separate wings in this house with 2 bdrm suites in each wing.
6 Flat screen TVS (1 in family room, game room, and 3 bdrms). Wi-Fi and Internet available throughout the home. * 4 wood burning fireplaces (1 in the family room, 1 in game room and in 1 bedroom). Includes 2 separate family rooms. ** Game room is jam packed with fun including a pool table, Foosball table, 50" TV pub/card table and wet bar. Plenty of games and a 1/4 bath. Everything you need to keep kids entertained. ** Large kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, trash compactor, oven/range, and new refrigerator. ** Hot Tub Fun. 6 person jetted hot tub on the patio deck. ** Patio deck includes a Charcoal BBQ for the outdoor chef. * Access to the 2-car attached garage from the game room. ** Large washer and dryer located in the left wing upstairs
Big Bear Biltmore is the perfect home, offering plenty of room, which is just ideal for your family and friends.
While air conditioning is absent, nature compensates with its own cooling system - the fresh mountain air.

If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations' approval:
There is a fine of $500 per pet.
* Rates and amenities are subject to change
* Per city permit this home can accommodate up to 16 people, 10 Adults Maximum. The maximum for guests and adults CAN NOT be exceeded at any given time.
* Parking Details:
Max of 4 cars on-site. (Does have garage access (Right side only)

* Parking: Follow city-enforced parking limits. If you need more space, let us know.
* Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limits enforced by us and the city. No exceptions.
* Noise: Be respectful to neighbors. Keep music inside and at a low volume. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We have monitoring system in place that reads decibels of noise and notifies you directly and us of loud noises.
* A/C: Most homes do not have air conditioning. Nights are cooler with open windows.
* Ants: Clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants. We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.
* Trash: Dispose of trash at the designated clean site as required by city regulation.
* Age Requirement: You must be at least 24 years old to book. We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced.
*All cooking has to be done with what the house provides and the BBQ on site. It is not allowed to bring anything with charcoal, gas, propane or anything of the sort. Just what the home already has. Thank you!

Checking In:
* IDs are required at check-in.

* You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in. To confirm and maintain your reservation, our Rental Agreement must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation without refund if the cancellation window has passed.
Please note:
Our standard cancellation policy applies from the moment the reservation is confirmed, not from when the rental agreement is completed. By booking, you agree to complete all required documentation within the given timeframe and to be bound by the cancellation terms.
