For generations, mountain homes have been where families reconnect, old friends reunite, and new traditions begin. The Big Bear Castle was created to carry on that spirit—a place where mornings start with coffee overlooking the pines, afternoons are filled with hiking, boating, skiing, or exploring the village, and evenings end under a sky full of stars.

The Big Bear Castle isn't just another vacation rental—it's our family's mountain home. We purchased it because we needed a place large enough to bring together our growing family, creating memories around the fireplace, on the porches, and after long days exploring the mountains.

We also host occasional corporate retreats. As a professional facilitator, I designed the great room to be a welcoming space where people can connect, collaborate, and build lasting relationships.

For most of the year, this is where our family celebrates holidays and special occasions. We're only making it available during select times—such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and popular ski weekends—when we know we won't be able to enjoy it ourselves.

We truly care about this home and hope every guest experiences the same warmth, comfort, and unforgettable moments that have made The Big Bear Castle so special to our family. 🏔️✨

The front porches were what first stole our hearts, along with the grand entrance framed by custom wrought iron doors. The curb appeal is simply unforgettable—elegant, inviting, and unlike any other cabin in Big Bear.

Inside, we set out to create something truly special. Rather than follow the traditional rustic cabin style, we designed a modern mountain masterpiece. Every detail was carefully selected and upgraded, from the natural stone finishes and designer fixtures in the kitchen, coffee and wine bar, and bathrooms, to the premium flooring, custom lighting, and even the drapery. The result is a home that feels luxurious, timeless, and worthy of the memories made inside it. 🏰✨
