Recently renovated, the condo features a stylish, fully equipped open kitchen with brand-new stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner while enjoying the spectacular scenery. An elegant dining table with romantic lighting just off the kitchen is a perfect way to share a family meal. Vinyl flooring throughout adds a fresh, modern touch and makes the condo easy to maintain.

The condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with a King-size bed in the primary bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a modern sofa that converts into a bed. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms.

The condo features two spacious lanais that can be accessed from each bedroom and a living room—the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a glass of wine, or watch the famous Friday night fireworks over Hilton Lagoon just outside of your balcony!
Cable TV and FREE high-speed Wi-Fi are included.

The legendary Ilikai welcomes you with a beautiful open-air lobby featuring waterfalls, tropical greenery, fire torches lit each evening, and comfortable seating areas where you can relax and enjoy the tropical atmosphere. Guests have access to two swimming pools, Aroma Coffee Shop, the popular Menehune Grille Restaurant, Kua`i convenience store, Empire Steak House- fine dining restaurant on the top of the Ilikai with some of the best views of Waikiki, Dave`s Ice Cream, Paradise Poke and other shops right in the building. Enjoy the Friday night hula show at the Ilikai lobby and Aloha Friday fireworks at neighboring Hilton Hawaiian Village. Other amenities include a fitness center, spa, concierge services to book a local tour, valet parking, etc.

The Ilikai is perfectly situated between Hilton Hawaiian Village and Ala Moana Beach Park. Waikiki Beach, Ala Moana Shopping Center, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and the Honolulu Convention Center are all within easy walking distance.

A car is not necessary for most stays. Uber and other rideshare services are readily available, with a bus stop and Biki bike-share station right outside the building. If you decide to explore the island by car, rental agencies are nearby, including an Advantage location in the Ilikai lobby. Parking options: Valet parking: $45/day with in-and-out privileges Self-parking at the Ilikai Marina: $33/day with in-and-out privileges Street parking behind the building: $1/hour 24-hours around the clock.

This is privately managed condo. Should you have any questions please do not go to the front desk. Instead, please call or text Remy at 808-387-7874.

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all Ilikai condos and balconies. Smoking inside of the unit or balcony will result in a loss of security deposit.

AC
We kindly ask to turn off AC when you are not at home. Please close balcony doors when you are using AC.

Internet
The Internet username and password are written on the modem (black box with a white sticker in front of it). If you have any issues connecting please make sure you entered correct username and password. If you still are having problems connecting please reboot the modem by unplugging from the outlet for 2 minutes first and then plugging it back.

Trash Disposal and Washer and Dryer
Trash chute and coin operated washer and dryer are located on the same floor next to elevators.

Check out is at 10:00am unless is requested and approved day prior your departure by Dainora and Remy.
