The Space:

Your perfect lake escapade awaits at this lakefront, dog and family-friendly home! With three levels full of great amenities and endless comfort, your next vacation will be unforgettable. The main entrance to the home will lead you directly to the second and main living space. This level offers a homey and well-appointed open layout where the living room, kitchen, and dining table are seamlessly combined to provide a great lounging space for the entire family. The living room boasts delightful wooden accents here and there to showcase a rustic, yet modern ambiance. It also has two comfortable sofas near a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV with Roku. It's the perfect setting for movie nights, lazy evenings at home, and a great place to gather overall. Right off the living room is the access to the lakefront deck, which boasts a gas grill, incredible views of the surrounding nature and Road Lake, and a seating area. Back inside, the eat-in kitchen has been appointed with all the modern, stainless steel appliances and cookware needed to whip up everything that comes to mind. Use the free Wi-Fi available to look up recipes and surprise your family with a delicious full-course meal. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area, which offers a six-person dining table, but if you need more dining space or would like a more informal setting, the kitchen has a four-person high table. This level also offers a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo and a half bathroom. The ground level of this charming home has a cozy family room with a sofa, two armchairs, a wood stove, a large flatscreen TV, and a convenient desk, access to the patio where a nice firepit area awaits, one bedroom, a full bathroom, and a mini-fridge to store your snacks and goodies. The upper level of the home is where the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located. You'll find two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has its own en-suite bath and a lakefront balcony with two chairs and a small table. You and your loved ones will enjoy a prime location only a few minutes drive to downtown Tomahawk where you will find plenty of shops and even a water ski show several days in the evenings during summer! Wonderful week away

My husband, my self and 2 our our grown kids and 4 grandkids had a wonderful time at this location. Very relaxing and the waterfront was ideals for little ones.

Great place on a small lake

Beautiful home with great views. Nice lakefront access with good fishing from the pier and a sandy beach. Close to Tomahawk for shopping and food. Each family had their own room and separate bath. It was a fun relaxing stay.

Added communication through Vacasa as great. Location right on the lake was beautiful! Cleaning by the staff was fantastic and supplies provided were great. Beautiful house so much space, perfect and highly recommend!!

Nice get away-

The house was nice and clean for us when we arrived. Wish we could have stayed longer but it was just a quick trip for the snowmobile races on Saturday. The fire place was cozy on the chilly nights .

Loved everything about this!

We had an amazing time at the Road Lake Escape. The house felt spacious and had everything we needed. The lake was the perfect size for us and we spent hours daily swimming. We would love to rent this house again. Thank you for the great week!

Road Lake Escape

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We had 4 adults, with a simple plan to relax, and that is exactly what we were able to do. Would love to return in the summer months, with our grandchildren, and utilize the lake more. This was my first time in Northern Wisconsin, and my first time using Vacasa. Very pleased with both!

Perfect getaway

We came for a long weekend with our 6 young children. Very clean house, lots of room for play (and hide and seek), beach was great for kids 3+, wonderful quiet pebble shore, we caught over 20 fish just off the dock! Our only complaint was that there were no high chairs or cribs, but we made do and will definitely be returning to this great vrbo.

Awesome stay!

Great little getaway nestled in the trees overlooking the beautiful lake. It has all the amenities from space to outdoor fun! I didn’t get to spend much time chilling at the house, I came up for a business trip. I did meet good people at the Rode Lake pub house with moose. Which is right across the lake. Stopped by Mary’s to get a ginger beer, make sure you play the dice game. Pine tree has great steaks.

Was great for fall UTV ride

The property worked great for our group. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for all couples. One of the showers did not work but that was a minor issue. Would highly suggest cleaning the gutters before winter. Would have been nice to have the pine needles cleaned off the deck but overall very happy with stay and location. We would rent again.

Great Lake getaway

House was nice, clean, and spacious. They supplied all the “little things” that sometimes cause nuisance trips to Target or a gas station (ie paper towels, silverware, toiletries, grilling utensils. Very quiet, never heard another neighbor the whole time. Couple of boats will cruise by once in a while, but very private. Lake was nice, clean, lots of fish, and the peddle boat and kayaks were great to have waiting for use. Would definitely book again!
