Our host was so good! If we needed anything they brought it right over. A graco, a high chair, extra baking dishes. We had a wonderful time with family. The house was tidy and neat and comfortable. There was a nice park for the kids 2 blocks away

Great house close to all of the fun at Niagara! Huge house, 2.5 baths were a plus, lots of bedrooms- our family of six had several spare rooms. Just had to grab a couple of creature comforts to make the stay perfect! For instance, men’s 3-in-1 from the dollar store does not count as supplying soap, shampoo and conditioner. And we grabbed a 12-cup coffee pot and left it there for future guests. Thanks for providing a wonderful rental house for relaxing and being out on the town!

As stated in the app, the neighborhood looked a little rough in appearance but had no problems with any of the neighbors or anyone in the area. The pit bull on the property beside ours was not friendly but was tethered. Was close to the falls and we could see the fireworks from the 3rd story windows. The property was located close to all attractions and shopping. Nice place.

Niagara falls

Property was nice plenty big enough. However the furniture was old and parts were broken. The couch and cushions were ripped, one of the kitchen chairs were broken, and one of the bed frames was also broken. The mattresses were not comfortably at all. There was no hot water in the upstairs bathroom. And the front window had what looked like a bullet hole.

Great for large families/ groups

Location wise its just a short trip to the falls and Rainbow Bridge to Canada to which I took a stroll to the other side and did some shopping. The neighborhood is a bit older but the neighbors were kind. We enjoyed the large space inside, large bathroom's, stocked basic supplies for cleaning, showering & bathroom use. The beds werent the comfiest and there were some things that needed a little tlc but overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Worst Weekend

This property should not be available on VRBO. Very sketchy neighborhood. While it's clear the owners have put some money into the home-it's the nicest one in the block by a mile-the house is in need of major upgrades. Furniture is torn with stuffing falling out, chipped wood and paint throughout and the entire house smells like pets and maybe even urine. The keypad to lock and unlock the door is a nightmare and the neighborhood is very unsettling while you're fumbling with it. The pictures shown on the site look nothing like what it actually looks like. Giant hole in the front window is taped up. Complete nightmare of a weekend--had we been able to find different accommodations for our group we wouldn't have spent more than 5 minutes there once we arrived. We were offered a refund when we reached out to the host if we wanted to cancel, but had driven 3.5 hours and had nowhere else to stay. Avoid this property.

Unexpectly Great

My first time hosting a big event where i needed to find a place for a large group. Nerviously overwhelmed I found your place. I loved the pictures and the information noted was what I needed for our group. Reading the reviews of the place it scared me, some was good others not, but communicating with the property they answered my concerns quickly. The place was very clean, comfortable, spacious (for my group) and met our needs. Thank you. Enjoyed our stay.

I do have to say the the owners were very responsive to our need. Replied right away to our emails.The house itself was ok. Location was very close to the falls but not 5 minute walk like advertised and it was in a scary location. We didn't feel comfortable leaving the house alone. Lots of cosmetic issues. For example the bed frames were either broken or the mattress were for only 1 person. All 4 couches were broken in one way or another. There were sticky bug traps place behind the couches and on shelves. Of course our granddaughter found them. The oven wouldn't work and when we notified the owner they said to pull it out from the wall a bit and that should take care of it. That would have been nice to know before we threw away a whole pan of rolls. Also please in the future make sure that the other half of the duplex is locked. Scared our daughter and husband when people they didn't know came walking through the place. Please also make sure that it is noted that it's not handicap accessible and that there are zero bedrooms on the main level. We could have used more than 1 garbage bag for a week with 11 people. There is a huge gap under the front door which allowed for small critters to come in.

In need of attention to details

We had a short 4 day stay to meet family and enjoy Niagara Falls. We had a family of 8 adults and 2 teens. There was certainly enough room and I was excited to find a close roomy location. It is not a 5 minute walk to the falls. It is a 15 minute drive. The house is only set up to sleep or watch tv, but not for preparing meals. There is no dishwasher or washing machine. There is no counter space for even simply making sandwiches. The dining table has 5 chairs only. There is room in the kitchen to add the appliances and another table. There was a broken glass put back in the cupboard. And dirty dishes stacked in the cupboard. We had to wash everything. We saw a mouse run across the floor and had to really seal all of our food. The mouse may have come in from the inch crack under the front door. There is a 4 cup coffee pot and no bottle opener. No cleaning supplies, no dish towels it would be impossible to prep and cook food. However, the interior was clean and fairly updated. The neighborhood is a bit scary. Across the street someone threw a bag of trash out the window and left it on the roof. You need to move cars every day but no reason was provided for this. This rental is probably the nicest house on the street. All others are really in a sad state of disrepair. There were people moving out and throwing things in a van. It seemed abruptly. I would suggest some of this is discussed in the house description. I was disappointed at arrival.

Lots of room

The property was clean, spacious and had lots of beds. There were plenty of bath towels. There were a few small items that needed to be fixed, but not a big deal (loose facets, wood hanging racks in the bathrooms that fell off the wall when you tried to use them, the 3rd floor bathroom door was difficult to shut). The smoke detectors went off the 2nd night after we went to bed. We still don't know why, but we all lost some sleep over that. The property manager sent someone over the next day to change the batteries in all the smoke detector units. Overall it was a good place to stay. We felt safe and the neighborhood was quiet at night.

Decent place to stay

We enjoyed most things at this home. We would've liked to have been within walking distance to the attractions. Was a 15 min walk. The beds were not very comfortable. Overall was nice for the large family staying, inside was very clean and nice.

Very nice renovated house

The house is renovated very nicely. Quiet neighborhood. The listing said 5 minute walking distance to falls and casino but it is not. More of a 20- 30 minute walk. It listed 3 1/2 bathrooms and it only had 2 1/2 but that was no big deal. The owners was very pleasant. Our first night the 3rd floor bathroom was clogged and they offered to send someone out and they kept in touch with us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. The faucet for the tub was very loose so we didn't use it and the oven and stove didn't work but I mentioned those issues and I'm confident that will be taken care of. Overall very nice house.

Beautiful large house, perfect for large families

My blended family group of 3 adults and 7 children stayed here while visiting Niagara Falls. The house is beautiful and very clean! Lots of room. The kids (ages 9 through 17) enjoyed choosing their own bedrooms. The 2nd floor bathroom has a large walk in shower and whirlpool bath (takes a while to fill up the bath but worth it). Close to everywhere...minutes drive to falls, Cave of the Winds, aquarium, shopping.... Others have commented about the neighborhood being a little sketchy...there is some graffiti in the surrounding neighborhoods, but in my opinion the US side of Niagara needs a complete makeover...the State Park is kept nice but beyond that has so much wasted opportunity. The neighborhood was QUIET AND FRIENDLY. We had no issues whatsoever. The hosts were quick to reply to messages and easy to work with. My only recommendation: the kitchen could use a dishwasher and more supplies. Need a cookie sheet and baking dish! Larger pots and pans. Hard to cook for large groups with the supplies provided. Enjoyed our stay.
