It doesn't get better than this!!!!

Kathy's home has to be experienced to be fully appreciated! From the moment you open the front door, to the end of your stay, you are pampered and surrounded by beautifully appointed accommodations! Kathy is the most generous, thoughtful VRBO owner we have ever encountered and we highly recommend this beautiful rental.We traveled with a family of 12, (three families), eleven adults above the age of 16 and one child of 9. Everyone had a delightful space to call home and more hosted treats than we could use!Don't miss this one, you WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

Hoan thought of everything! From the beautiful decor of the house, the tasty breakfast items, the pool and fire pit for us to enjoy after exploring Niagara Falls. There was plenty of room for the 11 of us. Adults could relax in two of the sitting rooms down stairs while children played upstairs. ( when they weren't in the pool). Kitchen was stocked with spices needed to make our dinners complete.Dining room table fit us all comfortably for meals and family games.We had an amazing vacation made many lasting memories.Would highly recommend this house and host!!

Outstanding VRBO Property

This conveniently located property is a perfect spot for your Niagara Falls get-away! Our family felt right at home in this immaculate and spacious VRBO. Host Kathy did not miss any details. The amazing breakfast treats....2 kinds of muffins, juices, cereal, eggs, bread, milk and half and half, were enjoyed by all....what more could you ask for to start our day! My Grandchildren loved "pool-time" and the provided snacks afterward. Kathy's quick response to any questions we had and great suggestions for places to visit in the area were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this spot for your next visit to the Niagara Falls area!

Niagara Falls Vacation

We loved staying at this property! House is historic, beautiful, well appointed and within walking distance to the falls. We had 13 people fit very comfortably in the house. The owner is amazing and the attention to detail in this house surpasses any other house we’ve vacationed at!

Niagara Falls Reunion

The Historic Johnson house was a great place for our 8-person family reunion at Niagara Falls. The host was wonderful, providing quick responses to our questions and many thoughtful touches to make our stay special. The house was one of the nicest we have rented through VRBO and the location is terrific for visiting the Falls and many attractions.

Niagara Falls vacation

Our family had such a good time. The house is perfect for a Niagara Falls vacation. We were able to walk to the falls and some of the attractions. We loved the pool. We loved all the breakfast food she gave us including homemade muffins. Plenty of space for a large family.

Perfect Stay

We had the greatest time on our family trip to the falls. Perfect location! Host was beyond amazing- the breakfast items provided were soooo good! Fresh juice, local breads, yogurt, eggs, etc.!Minor toilet issue was fixed within an hour of reporting. We will definitely be returning again and will recommend to family and friends.

Perfect stay!

3 families, total of 13 people stayed here and it was perfect! Loved the house and the proximity to sights and activities was excellent. Gorgeous historical house that has been immaculately renovated and clean. The host was amazing and allowed us to check in early, check out late, and had the fridge and pantry stocked with breakfast items - and she even baked us fresh muffins on our first day! Would definitely recommend this stay.

Wonderful host! Impeccable house!

I cannot say enough how wonderful everything was! Clean, immaculate, comfy, and near the falls within walking distance. The host even provided breakfast staples which our family eat up; I don't know if she baked the muffins but the entire family couldn't get enough and ate them night and day. I highly recommend this host and the house.

Kathleen did an amazing job making us feel welcome. The property is just marvelous, and well cared for. Kathleen gave us excellent advice on how to get around and plenty of snacks in the kitchen. Would absolutely visit again given the chance. 10+/10

Beautiful

Kathy is a sweetheart. She was such a gracious host, and the homemade muffins was delicious. The home is beautiful, and the location is great. Everything is in walking distance. Will definitely be going back to visit.

Best Vaca Rental EVER!!

I can’t say enough about this property and the rental process! The house is beautiful, the location is amazing, it slept my family of 10 very comfortably, and the kitchen….THE KITCHEN! So wonderfully stocked with everything you could possibly need as well as an abundance of fresh breakfast foods! We hope to visit the Canadian side of the falls someday and plan to stay state side in this beautiful home!

Exceptional house and location

The property and host were outstanding from check-in to check-out. The house was in an ideal location to the Canadian Border, Niagara Falls and the casino. The host was easy to communicate with, house had everything we needed for our stay. The house was very clean, beautiful and lovely. We would stay here again. Fabulous experience.

We came for Niagara Falls!!

This is a historic property that has a short walk to Niagara Falls park. The host could not have been more helpful! Beds were cozy and plenty of room for our large family. The house was well stocked with everything a guest could possibly need and her homemade muffins were an extra bonus:):) Highly recommend this property and seeing the falls!!

We took our family of 12 to NY to see the Niagara Falls. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean. The hospitality was beyond wonderful, donuts were a hit with the kids. Niagara Falls Family Adventure

All ten members of our extended family loved this beautifully decorated, spacious, but cozy home. Wonderful amenities! We enjoyed the pool after our adventures at the nearby Falls, and even pulled out some of the board games for some evening family togetherness! The ample breakfast and snack items provided were a welcome surprise. Suggestions from the owner for tourist sites and restaurants were very helpful. This home was so much better than staying in a boring hotel!

Family Get Together

We had an incredible stay at Kathy's house! From the moment we arrived, Kathy was fantastic and wonderful to work with—always available and attentive to our needs. The house itself was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast that was included; it was plentiful and kept us fueled for our daily adventures. The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to the falls, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this property and can't thank Kathy enough for her hospitality. We look forward to returning in the future!
