Ideal for family vacations, travel with friends, or business trips, this townhome is located in a quiet, desirable neighborhood with very little traffic and a strong sense of safety. Just 5 minutes from I-70, you’ll have quick access to both Downtown Denver and Red Rocks, both only 20 minutes away. Located in Arvada (not to be confused with Aurora), this area is known for its peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere. You’ll be close to two parks, the Stenger Soccer Complex, and the Harold D. Lutz Sports Complex with baseball fields, as well as biking trails. Grocery stores, restaurants, and more are all within walking distance, and the mountains are within easy reach for your outdoor adventures!

I recently stayed here with my daughter and her best friend, and we had such a great time! The property is spacious enough for a larger group, but it was also perfect for us—each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom, which made it extra comfortable.The unit itself was spotless and matched the photos in the listing perfectly. The décor is simple yet tasteful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—we all slept so well!One of our favorite parts was the pool and hot tub area. It was just a short walk away, with plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. We made it part of our daily routine to spend an hour or two relaxing there, and it really added to the experience.Overall, this was the perfect spot for our getaway, and I’d definitely recommend!

Greg was a wonderful host!!!! Communicated quickly. House was amazing! 2 bedrooms & bathrooms down stairs one of which was the master. Other bredroom & bath upstairs on main floor with kitchen and dining with front door access. I would stay there again on my next trip for sure!!!

Exceptional Property!

My husband and three sons (ages 23, 18 & 14) thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The space was the perfect size for us. We were able to easily cook all of our meals, sit down together, watch tv and sleep comfortably. Every detail was perfect - from the kitchen utensils, spices, dishes to the bathrooms that included shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap to the cozy throw blankets in the living area. The pool and hot tub were great and so close. The hosts even have beach towels provided. The location was perfect for us to easily get to a grocery store and to all of our excursions (Red Rocks, Boulder, Empower stadium tour, Rockies game, Casa Bonita, Elitch Gardens). Old Town Arvada was close and so fun (especially the Farmer’s Market on Sundays). The hosts were wonderful with communication and checked in with us to make sure all was okay. The property was spotless.

See family and enjoy the outdoors

The property was in excellent condition and there were lots of walking trails nearby, as was grocery and supplies shopping. We normally try to stay in Summit County avoided that location for March as we don't ski. Upstairs neighbors were somewhat noisy but never during 'quiet hours.' Greg (our host) communicated with us as needed.

Anniversary Trip

The hosts were excellent..... very responsive. The townhome was well equipped and immaculate, even my white socks didn't get dirty after walking around in them. The only issue was a neighbor that was noisy... there was a new puppy that cried and barked from time to time and I could hear running feet... both human and the dog's. At one point I could hear furniture being moved above me. The noise wasn’t unbearable, though, and did not ever disturb my sleep. Be dog.timetimeboccasionally

Rocky Mountain vacation

This property is lovely, spotless and very well equipped. The beds were comfortable, great showers...best VRBO experience to date! Greg was very helpful, easy to communicate with and available when we called on arrival. We would highly recommend this property.

Great property from a great host!

This property was fantastic. Very clean and up to date. Had everything we needed. City of Arvada was very clean and safe as well. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Only took us 20 minutes to get to Red Rocks and even less to get to Golden. Highly recommend both of those. Host was wonderful. Check-in process was fast and easy and communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend this property!

Quiet, clean, newer neighborhood

This townhouse looks exactly as advertised on the listing. It is comfortable, with everything a family needs for a short or extended stay. The hosts are very responsive to questions and have great suggestions for things to do in the area. The house is conveniently located within 5 minutes of Target and Walmart, as well as many casual eating options. It is also 15 minutes from Colorado School of Mines, in Golden, which is what brought us to the area.The neighborhood is very quiet. If you want a good laugh, check out the wifi network names of all the neighbors. Our favorite was "prettyflyforawifi". We would definitely stay here again! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location & Fantastic Hosts

We were very happy with this unit. Super close to everything as we wanted to hit up different areas/cities each day. This unit has everything you can think of and very large with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Greg and Angela were great and communicated back to us immediately with all comments and questions we had.

Perfect Place and Great Host

We stayed here for a girls week in Colorado. The place was perfect! The AC went out one day, but Greg was on it immediately and it was fixed by the evening (and he was on his one vacation at the time!! ) This place is stocked too! Everything you need for a relaxing stay! And I must say, the beds were amazingly comfortable!

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and spacious. Owner was very responsive. It was convenient to everything in Denver area. It felt safe. The owner communicated quickly about some issues with the lock on the door and was helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home! Lovely owners!

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Especially impressed with the attentiveness of the owners and the well appointed kitchen. Anyone who stays in vacation homes can attest to how kitchens are usually lacking but this one was FANTASTIC! Highly recommend!
