This cozy 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Ketchum condo is situated in the popular Horizons 4 complex within walking distance to the Sun Valley ski lifts at River Run, downtown Ketchum's shops, restaurants and live music bars, and the 20+ mile paved bike path for year-round outdoor activities.

The Horizons 4 condo complex offers not only a prime Sun Valley location but resort-style amenities to enhance your vacation experience. The complex features a year round hot tub and sauna, a community games room with ping pong and social spaces, and a seasonal heated swimming pool that's always a favorite with our guests.

This Ketchum vacation condo is spacious, well-appointed and completely remodeled for a memorable family vacation or friends getaway to Sun Valley, Idaho. The open plan living area features comfy seating around a 50” flat screen TV with an expanded cable package for entertainment, a convenient gas fireplace for winter warmth, and an extendable dining table for sharing meals. The kitchen is fully-equipped with gorgeous granite counters, a large center island, modern appliances, kitchen essentials, and all you need to cater for your crew. In the warmer months, the deck offers a BBQ grill and outdoor seating for alfresco dining under the Sun Valley stars.

Sun Valley Condo 140 comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with high quality linens and all the comforts of home. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a pillow top mattress and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a guest bathroom nearby. The third bedroom is located in the loft area with a queen bed, two twin beds and a private half bath. There is a stackable washer/dryer in the loft bedroom for guest convenience.

Nice condo near walking/biking path

This is a nice condo in Ketchum within walking distance of the downtown area and close to the Bald Mountain gondola. We had plenty of room and it was very clean and comfortable. Although we didn’t actually cook at the condo, it was well stocked and ready. We had a slight issue with the power that was resolved immediately and communication was great! It’s was a bit warm, especially in the upstairs bedroom, but the owner had plenty of fans and helpful tips for keeping it cooler. We would definitely stay again.

Michael was a pleasure to communicate with. The condo was clean and access was easy. We abruptly had to alter our stay and Michael was very willing to credit nights for an upcoming trip. Great Vacation at this VRBO

Overall an amazing week. Great location. Very clean. Modern appliances. All the "bells and whistles" to cook a meal, make coffee, enjoy a night by the fire. Bathrooms were great. Heat was perfect. Easy access to downtown Ketchum. Will stay here again!

Family History Tour

We really enjoyed our stay in Ketchum and found the condo beautiful and well-suited for our needs. The furnishings were comfortable, the layout was great, and the kitchen was well-designed and had all we needed for the few meals we cooked. The week we were there was unseasonably hot, but we were delighted to find that the unit held its overnight chill all day (with judicious use of fans as instructed by our hosts): truly, the temperature was perfect! We had a great experience and would love to return and stay here again. One note: My husband and I (50s) were traveling with his parents (80s), and while our group was able to manage the stairs, we want to point out that the description did not prepare us for the fact that this is a second- (and third-)story unit. We were very aware that if my in-laws had been less-fit 80-year-olds (or if any of us had had an injury or elevation illness), this could have been a problem for a family group like ours.

Absolutely Perfect

Perfect Family getaway, close to skiing and close to restaurants. This condo was set up perfectly for the six adults (3 couples), that we had. A short walk to the last bus stop made it simple and quick to get to the River Run base of Sun Valley Ski Resort. The condo had everything we needed to dine in and relax, the outdoor hot tub (a short walk) was much appreciated after a day of skiing and the property manager Michael and his family were easy to deal with and good people. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to return in the future.

Absolutely Fantastic!

Three of us came in from TN for the bike race. We stayed 4 nights and the place was absolutely perfect t for ya. Super clean, everything we needed, spacious and the location was 10/10. Will absolutely stay here again.

Great Condo in Perfect Location

The condo was located in a quiet complex, easy walking/riding distance to Ketchum, bike trail, and ski lodge. Spacious, perfectly appointed, well ventilated, very clean condo. Hosts thought of everything visitors could need. They were helpful and timely in addressing questions. We would choose this condo and location time and again. Loved it.

We loved our stay here! We’ll rent it again for sure! It’s located right near town and right at the base of the slopes! It was very clean with plenty of kitchen items, blankets, bedding, fans for comfort and TVs with internet access for movies. The owners were very responsive with questions and help. Excellent property!!

We had a great stay. Condo was larger than expected and well laid out. Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Easy walk across parking lot to river run for ski access as well as quick walk to Ketchum restaurants. Master bed could use replacing but everything else was great!

GREAT WEEK

Enjoyed our stay here; was perfect for our 6 adults. Everything was in good working order. Nice kitchen and plentiful TV options. Reliable wi-fi. Very close to River Run, though not walking distance in ski boots. 2nd story provided good privacy. Loft is better than is typical, with half bath and TV. Hot tub down the street was not very hot, though possibly could have been adjusted. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Sun Valley Ski Trip

Place had everything we needed. Great location to be able to walk to Downtown Ketchum and to River Run lodge to hit the mountain. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean and well kept. Very fast internet that was a plus to stream movies. Very impressed with the whole set up. Owners responded quickly. Very impressed with the place. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay that is within walking distance to everything.

Nice accommodations

If you’re visiting Sun Valley to ski, this is a great location. Easy walk to the gondola; easy walk to town. Spent a week here and it was perfect for 3 friends on their annual ski trip. Had no difficulties at all with this rental, and would rent again if I find myself skiing in Sun Valley in the future (which I hope to, because it’s amazing)

Perfect location in Ketchum

Had a wonderful stay at this spacious and well equipped condo for a week of skiing Sun Valley in easy walking distance to Bald Mountain. The weather was a perfect mix of blue skies and epic powder. We would not hesitate to rent again when returning to the area.

Great condo in a great location for a Sun Valley ski vacation

Very nice condo unit with an open kitchen/dining/living area. Living area seats 5 adults around the TV and fireplace. Two nice bedrooms and a sleeping loft upstairs with queen bed and two twins - good if you have a larger group without having someone sleeping on a pull out sofa in the living rom! It was perfect for our family of 4. Walking distance to River Run lifts, about 10-15 min, which allowed us to avoid any shuttle buses given the current pandemic. Walking distance to downtown Ketchum as well. We did not use the communal hot tub given COVID so cannot comment on the other facilities. The hosts were very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!
