Enjoy staying at this stilt home with beach vibes and an open floor plan for entertaining. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, spacious countertops, basic pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Bring your favorite wine to place in the cooling fridge and sip it on the covered patio with outdoor seating and string lights while taking in the sea breeze. Sit down together for family meals at the dining table with seating for six and four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The living room consists of two couches/ futons and two recliners, perfect for relaxing and watching a movie. The master bedroom (BR1) consists of a King bed, dresser, nightstands, closet, wall-mounted TV, and an ensuite bathroom supplied with a double vanity and tub with sliding glass door. The guest room (BR2) contains a Queen bed, nightstands, chest, and wall-mounted TV. Kids will love the bunk room made up of two Twin over Full bunk beds, a closet, a wall-mounted TV for watching cartoons or movies, and floor space to play games. These two rooms share a hall bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower unit. Watch the amazing island sunsets from the inviting balcony. Cool off in the shared pool after a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and cook up the day's catch on the grill. This home is just 0.6 miles from the beach and 1.6 miles from shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. There were just a few minor issues with the house. Would have liked a basic coffee pot. But nothing that would ruin the trip. The location was awesome, close to the dollar general and other local shopping. The house has a great layout. Very specious for adults and teenagers , comfy beds. Definitely will return. Just be prepared with the good bug spray. The mosquitoes are unreal.

Good sized home in quiet neighborhood!

Really enjoyed this property. Over 1500 sq ft is very nice. Never felt cramped or in each other's spaces. This property is overall great and will check to stay here for future trips. Only suggestion i have is to put a baby gate on bottom of stairs also. We spent a lot of time on the downstairs patio and my 18 month old just loved the adventures of climbing the stairs.

Summer getaway

House was a great size for our group. We had 2 families staying together total of 9. Plenty of room in the house without feeling crammed. The house is very close to beach. We did not walk as we had a 3 yr old but you could or it is a short drive. There was not a lot of toiletries or stocked pantry items like coffee or seasonings. We had a great stay.

Great Stay Overall

Only complaint was the trash can was full upon our arrival. We had no where the put out trash. Some dirty utensils were found in the drawers. I would blame prior guests for that. Great location and lots of room for vehicles, golf carts etc. The covered parking was a plus.

Great two family vacation spot

Property is exactly as listed and worked great for our two family vacation for 9 people. It was nice to also be able to bring our dogs with us for an added fee. The property is really conveniently located near avenue G and the beach access on Sandcastle. We didn't receive check in information and I had to call the property manager. The outdoor shower was also broken and there was no grill so I had to call them for that as well. I think these are all related to the rental agency and not the condo itself. They resolved them quickly once I called.

Perfect summer getaway

My family stayed for 6 days at this house. It was beautiful, clean, and roomy. The outdoor shower was so handy coming back from the beach. The community pool is smaller, but has a nice seating area and bathroom. We were able to contact easily on both our house and golf cart rental. The kitchen was better stocked with cooking utensils than any other house we have stayed at. We would definitely book this house again.

Overall stay

The property was close to the main rode and beach. I would have liked to have the pool code sooner or in the book of rules. I had some concerns with the book of rules stating we needed a parking permit for the vehicles. None were provided, pool code was not provided had to make a outreach. However, they did respond quickly. I would have like to see some detergent for the washer and dishwasher.

Amazing location

Loved how they had full size lotions & shampoos. We rented a golf cart through them as well & it was amazing experience for us, our kids. We will be back.
