This adorable, Sanibel Island vacation rental is located on the ground floor and has all the comforts of home with a tropical, soothing ambiance. Coquina Beach #3D offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer, dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Linens are included. Coquina Beach consist of 40, 2 bedroom units. The complex offers a heated pool, tennis courts and BBQ grills. Open your sliding door to your own private lanai where the tropical breeze will lead you to the Gulf of Mexico. Let this cozy condo be your home away from home.
1 Parking space per unit. Call now to secure your time in Coquina Beach #3D ** 7 night minimum. Cannot book more than a year in advance. Saturday to Saturday bookings only, unless authorization is given from an SVP representative.**

**Coquina Beach Pool Restoration will take place July 7, 2025 to August 7, 2025. During this time Coquina Beach guest have the privilege of access to Sanibel Beach Club's (across Nerita Street) swimming pool.**

Bright and cheery stay at Coquina Beach 3D

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Coquina Beach 3D was in a perfect location to the beach and right on the bike path. The beach was not overly crowded during our stay. We preferred to use the dedicated boardwalk out to the beach. The condo was very clean with plenty of room for our family of four. Beds were comfortable in both bedrooms. Patio furniture was new and very clean. The screened patio was great to drop all our beach gear. AC worked very well, and the ceiling fans cooled us off nicely throughout the day and evening. The furniture was comfortable and new. I have high standards for cleanliness, and this unit did not disappoint! I would highly recommend this complex and unit to family and friends.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Coquina Beach 3D unit was beautiful, clean, well-stocked, and in a great location. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the screened in lanai and enjoyed watching March Madness in the evenings on the large screen TV. The unit is located an easy walk to the beach where we spent each day relaxing, fishing, and collecting shells. We also enjoyed the pickleball court and pool that are included with the complex. Coquina Beach 3D was the perfect size for our group of 4 adults (2 couples). We will definitely consider booking this again next year if our group size does not change.

Great Location & Roomy Condo

This was our first trip to Sanibel and it was an amazing place. This location was very close to the beach and was easy access coming on and off island. Fairly centrally located and we were able to bike to any store/restuarant/attraction. We will definitely be back.

Okay

Property manager took five days to respond to parking inquiry. Do not bring more than one car! No accommodations are made for additional car. We were lucky to find someone across the street who gave us a parking pass to use on their property. Renters are responsible to start laundry prior to checking out which I find concerning — especially with monkey pox outbreak. How is one to know if prior renter used enough detergent, hot water, etc..? Property should really use a laundry service to properly sanitize bedding/towels. Beach is qualified as semi-private, but it is not. On weekend, too many trucks to count piled with people sitting in the beds and on open tailgates drove up to entrance to drop off their occupants for the day. At evening pick up they held impromptu party with accompanying music until they were ready to depart. Apartment itself is okay. Very old Florida casual. Nothing fancy. It is short stroll to beach though. Pool is small and does not have key code access so anyone who knows about it can walk in and use it.

A Perfect Piece of Paradise!

Our family had absolutely the best week at your condo! We arrived to all of the essentials provided, perfectly clean, amazing pool, and such a short walk to the beach. Definitely the perfect spot, and we look forward to renting here again in the future!

Near Perfect

I was very pleased with this condo, steps to the beach, comfortable and very peaceful. They even provided shelling tools! A few items to note: there is only space for one car and no extra parking! Bring TP and paper towels! Only one of each for a 10 night stay are provided. I’ll be back!!
