Bienvenido a su nuevo hogar lejos de su hogar en este oasis cerca de la playa, ubicado en la esquina de Sunrise y Sunset. ¡Esta unidad final llena de luz es un SUN-sational sin escalas! Spanish Cay E6 es una espectacular unidad de esquina de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el último piso con vista al río Sanibel. Imagínese pasar cada mañana en su lanai con mosquitero para observar la naturaleza y la vida silvestre justo antes de ... Ahhh, el paraíso! Esta unidad también cuenta con hermosos pisos de madera noble, molduras de techo, contraventanas de plantación, baños remodelados, muebles nuevos, cocina de galera actualizada con horno compacto y, lo más importante, paz y tranquilidad. Esta belleza fue impecablemente actualizada y decorada a la perfección para brindarle una experiencia de alquiler llave en mano realmente conveniente con todos los artículos y comodidades necesarios para que se sienta relajado y como en casa. Spanish Cay es un complejo más pequeño con solo 40 unidades y está ubicado al otro lado de la calle, a pocos pasos de las playas de arena y del Golfo de México. También puede acceder a los senderos para bicicletas justo afuera de la puerta de su casa y explorar los kilómetros de senderos de toda la isla a muchos restaurantes y tiendas locales o subir y recorrer el Refugio de Vida Silvestre Ding Darling. Las posibilidades son infinitas... ¡Ven y velo por ti mismo!

Los servicios del condominio incluyen: 2 habitaciones / 2 baños: 1 cama King, 2 camas individuales (4 personas), 3 televisores de pantalla plana, cable y WIFI gratis, piscina comunitaria climatizada compartida, lavadora y secadora en suite, cocina totalmente equipada equipada con Wolf Horno eléctrico de convección / microondas y encimera de Cooktop y Kitchen Aid. Great Vacation

We enjoyed our vacation tremendously. The only frustrations were small: for a two week rental it would have been nice for the condo to have come equipped with salt and pepper as well as foil or plastic wrap (etc). Also, the mattresses on all of the beds were very very soft and left some of us with very sore lower backs. Overall though, the condo was clean and comfortable and we truly enjoyed our stay.

My mom and I were here for a wonderful 14 days. What a great quiet area. The canal behind the unit was a treat in the afternoons to see wildlife. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Beach is a nice added bonus because it is a private access. The condo had everything you could think of. We will definitely come back to the island! Thank you!

The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay including beach towels, chairs and umbrella. The pool was a warm 85 degrees and felt like bathwater. We loved seeing the birds, alligator and iguana from the lanai. The condo was very quiet and in a great location for riding a bike or a walking to the beach. The only hiccup was trying to figure out the convection oven. The first time we used it we ruined a frozen pizza and had to have one delivered but after that we figured it out. Some step by step instructions would have been useful. Also, laundry and dishwasher detergent is provided but bring more because you'll need it. My family loved the location and amenities so much if we ever go back to Sanibel we will definitely stay here!

The Sanibel river out our lanai attracted more wildlife than we ever saw on the ocean. Birds too numerous and varied to list, alligators, turtles and iguanas were all frequently seen. The ocean was easy to get to with the property having a deeded access just down the street. We either walked, road our bikes or drove depending on how much we were bringing with us. The condo had great beach supplies, chairs, umbrellas and more.

It has been updated and upgraded, the finishes are very nice.We enjoyed the lanai so much, the proximity to the river was amazing. The lanai is screened, overlooking the river. We spent hours on the lanai watching birds, turtles and occasionally an alligator. The condo came equipped with basic beach needs, all in new condition.The access to the beach is a short walk-maybe 5 minutes, less than a minute bike ride, we didn't find it an issue at all. Wonderful visit, would definitely recommend.

Watch seagulls and other birds fly by

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yes, the condo was brand new. It felt like we were the first people to use it, it was so clean. When I first got there I couldn't figure out how to get the screen away from the door. A SBL vacation person was in the parking lot and he came up and helped me, answered all my questions and was very very friendly taking his time to talk to me. The hairdryer didn't work in the master bath. Another one showed up the next morning. Rented a bike through them and when I went to the office everyone was friendly, even the bike man talked to me about the bikes. This condo complex I would not recommend for anyone with small children. There is a hose that you can use to wash shells but not a shell washing station. The pool is not huge and there are no other amenities. However, all the people we came in contact with were so friendly and nice. The beach access is not right across the street, however you can drive with all your stuff if you didn't want to walk or ride a bike. Would definitely rent through them again. In fact, we are!!!
