This home is decked out with amenities including full kitchen, fully automatic adjustable standing/sitting work desk, ping pong table, air hockey table, dart board, and a fire table to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening on the back patio! **Please note, this property is located in a cute new build community with unique craftsman style homes. There are still homes being built in the neighborhood therefore there may be construction occurring nearby during your stay.**

Great Family Space! Amazing location and home!

Our family (4 adults, 2 kids, 2 dogs) stayed here for 5 days to explore Cottonwood. The neighborhood is new, beautiful and located a walk away from Cottonwood's main strip. Everything about the home was as advertised and was even better in person. The host was always very communicative and does a great job making you feel at home. Plenty of space to rest and play and the fenced backyard was a great secluded hangout at night. All your daily amenities are provided for which made family travel so much easier. We're really thankful we found this home and are already planning our next family trip. I highly recommend this home for families of any size.

Great Location!

A 10-minute walk to the old town, you can't beat that. The house is great, nice and cozy, in a cute neighborhood.

Great location to Old Town Cottonwood

The house is new and very clean. It’s great inside and out. Has a fenced backyard which was perfect for our dog. There is a trail nearby that takes you right into Old Town Cottonwood. There is a hill you have to get down and back up but it is very close to town and not too difficult at all. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.

The perfect Cottonwood vacation

I traveled to Cottonwood with my husband, 10 month old baby, parents, father in law and 2 dogs. Lisette's property was more than we could have asked for. Every detail has been thought out and all the necessities were there for us. We had so much fun having late night ping pong tournaments and thoroughly enjoyed the house. Lisette provided snacks, coffee and even a bottle of wine. All the baby necessities and toiletries we could have needed were available. Unfortunately we didn't have the best weather so we didn't get to utilize the back yard as much as we would have liked, but it was a great space and so nice to have a fenced in outdoor area. The house is new and there was a bit of construction in the area but we never heard any noise or anything from this. The location of the property was fantastic! The house is within walking distance from downtown Cottonwood, we walked the dogs downtown daily and picked up fresh pastries and coffee, but beware, the walk is down and back up a very steep hill. This wasn't a problem for most of us but something to be noted if you plan to walk. The walking trail makes the walk much shorter and takes you right into the middle of town but a portion of it is gravel/dirt. We had a great time exploring Jerome, Sedona and taking the Verde Valley Railroad. We love this area and visit frequently, we are already looking forward to returning to this property.

WAYNE'S 80TH Birthday Getaway.

We really enjoyed our time. We enjoyed having our coffees on the front porch swing taking in the gorgeous view. We find all our needs were met above and beyond. The house was very relaxing. The town of Cottonwood is a great place to visit. We ate our way downtown. Great restaurants. 👍

Family get together

Location was perfect for Clarkdale train, Jerome, Oak Creek Winery, and of course Cottonwood. All these things were great to visit. House was wonderful, beautiful views. Lovely welcome basket from host and excellent communication.

Beautiful home near old town Cottonwood

My Arizona family and I spent two nights in this lovely, retro decor home and loved every minute of our stay. We came up to wine taste, relax and just chill with each other. It was the perfect location to walk to town! Everything we needed was provided and the nice welcoming card, snacks and bottle of wine from Lisette was so appreciated. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Perfect property!

Did a weekend trip to Cottonwood to enjoy the local wineries! The property was literally a few minutes to Main Street. Perfect for dinner and tasting rooms! Wineries were 15-20 minutes. The property itself was adorable. The house was clean and had everything you could possibly need! The kitchen had a keurig machine with kcups and creamer. The backyard was fenced in, which was perfect for the dogs! The garage had ping pong and more! Would 100% rebook and recommend!

Clean and has everything!

My husband and 2 kids along with grandma and grandpa stayed for the Verde Christmas train. Lisette has thought of everything- the little details like kid soap for the bath, a high chair, all kitchen things you need! The home is immaculately clean and the beds super comfortable! There’s also a path right on the side of the house that you can walk to the downtown area. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be booking this property again - we loved it!

Great long weekend getaway

Super easy check in & out. Owner is very communicative. House was very clean and had everything you could need. Location is just a short walk or bike ride from old town. Wineries and Jerome about 15 min drive away too. House is in a new community that is still being built so there was construction noise next door, but it wasn’t terrible. Would stay again.

Beautiful home in a perfect location.

My friends and I reserved this home for a 60th birthday celebration. The home had everything we could possibly need for a perfect stay. Lisette left our group a special treat and made us feel at home. We spent our evenings enjoying the view and the fire table in the backyard. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location. We loved the house and would definitely stay again.
