Beautiful Lake House

This house had amazing views and a great location on the lake. The kitchen was very spacious and there was plenty of room for everybody.

A beautiful lake home.

A beautiful house on the lake. We had a wonderful time, the teens, swan in the lake, played basketball, and went tubing. The adults enjoyed going out on the lake in a pontoon boat to pull the the tube, fish, and just enjoy the scenery. The view from the deck was gorgeous, with beautiful sunsets each evening. It was a very enjoyable week.

Amazing house!

This house was absolutely amazing! Beautiful views from almost every room! The layout was great. We had plenty of room for everyone. We struggled a bit with the DVD player on the main floor, finally opting to watch something other than the DVDs we brought. But there were plenty of options! Would DEFINITELY rent here again!

Beautiful house. Beautiful location

A great house. Very private, and right on the water! We had a group of 12 and had no problem with bedrooms or feeling crowded. The exterior was beautiful as well. The house at night with all the exterior lighting looked awesome. A private dock for fishing, boating, swimming, and just hanging out was the icing on the cake. I do have some minor issues that really did not affect our trip, but thought the owner may not know about. The sink in the master bathroom is very slow and tends to back up. There are some exterior lights that are broken and hanging. The boat house tripped a circuit breaker when we tried to use the boat lift (we brought a boat) and could not get it resolved after contacting the owner. The wifi seems to need some signal boosters. We kept getting cut off and reloading of picture if anyone was using the wifi on their phone. But these are minor issues that really did not affect our vacation or the beauty of this residence.

Perfect Retreat

We visited this home for our staff retreat and it was the perfect getaway. The house was equipped with everything we could need and Jimmy was very responsive to our questions and needs. I would definitely recommend this home and we plan on booking it again in the future.

What a great house!

This is a beautiful property and house! We had an extended family gathering with 3 generations -- the youngest were all 20-somethings. Outside, we really enjoyed the unbeatable panoramic views including beautiful sunsets, the expansive decks, the screened porch with a large table (where we ate all meals) the dock for swimming and sunning or sitting under shade (we also rented a boat and jet skis), and the outdoor fire place. Inside, the kitchen is huge, the bedrooms are very nice and comfortable, and shuffleboard downstairs was popular. There is plenty of space to spread out at the house inside and out. The TV room on the main floor with the huge sectional is something! Although the fridge is standard size, there are two drink coolers (like smaller refrigerators) off the kitchen that were super helpful with a large group. Even the neighborhood is nice with quiet streets good for those of us who like to get our walking steps in. Only downside is that the closest grocery stores are 20 minutes away, but we planned ahead for this and managed. Thanks for sharing your house!

“Awaken in Macon” aka Paradise

There was no way to find anything except perfection in this property. The owner was so kind in responding to my several inquiries. The serenity of the area was spectacular. We had everything we needed for our stay. We are so grateful to have had time away in this luxurious home.

We have many years of experience as landlords for tenants but first time this home has been opened up to the public. Our 5 kids are growing a leaving our nest. This home is unlike most any place you will stay. Its custom built and is absolutely stunning with amazing water views from most rooms. The lot is spectacular and offers main lake views with a cove for protection for swimming and water play away from waves and wakes.

Significant outdoor patio and deck space give such great entertainment space to hang out and relax. You won't see neighbors close by and can feel truly at peace.
