BobcatBnB is the premier vacation property if you want to visit the world champion Atlanta Braves and Tampa Bay Rays Spring Training Facilities. As a bonus this home comes with grab and go breakfast for the first day of your stay. This family friendly home is equipped with a hot tub and a game room. BobcatBnB can be found on a quiet street only a short driving distance from some of the most beautiful beaches, parks, and trails in Florida. BobcatBnB is conveniently located between Miami and Tampa and it is driving distance from Ft. Myers and Sarasota airports.
The interior design of the home is considered comfortable modernist. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen sized bed with it's own private bathroom. The second bedroom in the front of the house has a queen sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds with a shared bathroom in the hallway. The living room, dining room and kitchen are completely open concept with direct access to the backyard from the living room sliding door. The garage is fully air conditioned with an entire game room including Smart TV, dartboard, baseball board, ring toss, and ping pong table. In the backyard, there is a hot tub, fire pit, and seating for the whole family.

We purchased this home exclusively to host guests in the North Port area. We are local to Sarasota and love this area. The best thing about this home is the proximity to world class beaches and golf courses alike.
