A Lil Salty is located in the fishing village of Little River SC and just a six minute drive to the beach in Cherry Grove/North Myrtle Beach. Little River is the oldest of the 14 communities that make up the Grand Strand. Fishing charters, sightseeing boat cruises, and Dolphin Watch Tours all leave daily from the Little River waterfront and surrounding area. Little River and Calabash NC are also home to a number of Restaurants featuring fresh local seafood. Try your luck on the M Grande Casino.
Entire property is smoke free. The HOA has a zero tolerance policy. Minimum age for rental is 25 years of age. Code to the building will be supplied to you via email 4 days prior to arrival. Pets are not permitted. One numbered spot is located in the front of the unit. Additional parking is only permitted in un-numbered spots. Should you park in another unit`s parking spot, the HOA may fine and/or tow your vehicle.

Top Gun Fun

Our granddaughter played softball at the Myrtle Beach sports complex. This rental is so convenient to the complex and was everything we needed.

Our 6 Day Vacation Cut Down To 3

Upon arrival the house smelled clean but after further inspection it was far from it. We had to wipe everything down including the bathrooms ourselves and literally 30 minutes after bathing our young one his socks were almost completely black on the bottom(these being brand new white socks we picked up the day before)! The next day we even went and bought our own steam mop to attempt to clean the floors but after 4 passes the mop was still pulling up a ton of dirt. We were suppose to stay for a total of 6 days but only ended up staying 3 at this property after securing another rental as no one was comfortable with the cleanliness of the home (we were just eager to get to a cleaner rental at that point) Also the photos do not show that the back porch was covered in dead bugs and spiders, the bathroom shower handles had mold on the inside of them, and the stairs/rugs had stains seeming to not have been properly deep cleaned. Highly disappointed as I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I felt it only fair since the property manager decided to review my family as a guest even though we made it clear we didn’t want a refund we just wanted to leave. If I could attach photos I absolutely would. Definitely would not recommend this property or this neighborhood given what we witnessed for the short stay!

Beach at its Best

July 4th weekend with family and friends was even better with this townhome to call home. They have thought of everything for the family that wants a carefree vacation. Updated furniture and finishes throughout. Plenty of space for group fun and tranquil bedrooms for resting and relaxing. 10 minutes to beach, restaurants, family and adult activities. A stay here is affordable and fun!!!!!!

One of the cleanest that we stayed in, well stocked with things you would need every thing worked as it should TV"s ECT. If you do not need to be on the ocean this a great place.

Perfect spot in Little River

We had a great stay at 'A Lil Salty'. We had stayed in a different unit years ago so, this was a bit of a nostalgia trip. The upgrades and touches to this house were just perfect and simply stunning. Every detail was thought of and we did not want for anything. We would definitely stay here again and we would definitely recommend. 10 out of 10!!

Well appointed, comfortable & clean

We had a GREAT stay at Lil’ Salty. The house was really clean and comfortable. We came with our kids and it was nice to have space for everyone. Everything felt nice and there were several thoughtful touches (stool in the bathroom for young kids to reach the sink, beach towels, extra charging cords, etc. ) The location was great - quiet neighborhood but still close to shopping. We enjoyed Cherry Grove Beach and then Ocean Isle and Sunset Beach in NC. The neighborhood pool was clean and lovely… truly a great property! Would definitely recommend!

Convenient & Clean Home in Little River

We could not have been happier with our stay at A Lil' Salty! The community was clean and cute and very convenient to N. Myrtle Beach and highways. Communication was great with host and home was clean, well-maintained and quiet. Had everything we needed for a great 5 day stay and we will definitely be back if able in the future. Our family of 6 was very comfortable and had zero complaints. We loved the layout, had comfortable beds, plenty of towels, stocked kitchen and new furniture throughout. You won't be disappointed if you book here!
