Awesome view of the marina.

House had plenty of rooms. Large gathering places. A huge kitchen.A great relaxing place. Wish it had been warmer so we could have used a beautiful pool.

Great house with all amenities we needed! We love staying here and will stay again in the future. Had everything we needed for a short stay but could see where a long stay could be doable. Extras - like 2 couches that turned into beds, at least one fold up cot, and a provided pack n play would really allow some big families/multiple families to stay comfortably.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The house was lovely! There are a few things we should mention though. 1- no hot water to master shower 2- black mild around ceiling vent in master bathroom, lots of dust on master bedroom vent. We would stay there again, great views and great house.

Independence Day Getaway

The property was clean, had lovely views and plenty of parking for our three vehicles, and the pool was so convenient, clean and enjoyable. We would return to this property and recommend. We found it quiet, even next to the marina on a holiday weekend. No trouble finding or getting in and out.

Visit to Little River

This home is beautiful, and it worked out well for 6 adults to stay there because we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. It is far enough away from beach traffic, yet close enough to drive to the ocean and surrounding restaurants. We went to Boundary House Restaurant in Calabash (about 10 minutes away), and the food was delicious.

Perfect location!

We love the seclusion of this property but also easily accessible to the community. The house was spectacular. Bigger than we expected. Extra blankets and pillows was greatly appreciated.

Great stay great location very nice home. We will return in the future.PS few maintenance items that you may need to address no hot water in the kitchen faucet swimming pool need maintenance. Three tiles are laying in the bottom of the pool pool need to be painted on the floor.

A great Weekend

We had a weekend stay for a family wedding. The location was excellent and the views out back are so lovely. We brought our pets and the enclosed garage was perfect for them to hang out in while we were gone. The kitchens and baths had everything we needed, and the beds all were in great shape. Communication was great and the owner was flexible on checking in and checkout to help meet our needs. I’d stay here again.

It’s very quiet and private on this property. And it has 2 big separate family rooms. The bedrooms are spacious and 3 Full baths is a giant plus. We would rent again! Lovely place

Great house in Little River

Overall, we really enjoyed the house. The location is great for family gatherings and having one level access was very helpful for my elderly father. The house was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely stay there again.Only suggestion is better stocking of kitchen (tupperware, wine glasses, mixing bowls, etc). Some of the electrical outlets were not functioning.

Amazing home with room for improvement

This is an incredible home for a family of 4, AND it is dog friendly. There are 2 living rooms with TVs, so there can be some privacy, but also the home feels very open with high ceilings and lots of windows with natural light. They have turned the garage into an empty room, so you could put your dog in there if necessary. There is a pool that you share with a few other nearby homes, but it is nice and clean and private. The home is on the intercoastal waterway and directly next to Snookie's restaurant and marina (separted by a privacy wall). The home is everything that you would need or want, but there are some upgrades or minor fixes they could make to improve it. The kitchen is big and bright, but dated with old appliances. One of the back doors is water damaged and cannot be easily opened or closed, so we just used the other one. The pull down shades are too short to completely cover the windows, so kind of looks cheap. There are curtains in the bedrooms, so don't worry too much about that. Not the best cleaning crew ever. Don't get me wrong, the the place was very clean, but things were just thrown into the closets like extra blankets and pillows and cleaning supplies. Last, the roll of paper towels had like 3 towels left, was just something extra we had to buy. Overall, we loved our stay here, and we would definitely stay here again. But there could just be a few upgrades to make it great. Oh yeah, the gutters are full and overflow when it rains.
