Welcome to Sea Breeze Oasis, this spacious 3 bedroom/loft home that can sleep 8, is just 300 feet from the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful 2 story home is the perfect getaway for large families or a family reunion. This home features multiple balconies to sit out on and enjoy the beautiful gulf breezes and amazing Florida sunsets.
The main level features an inviting kitchen with granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances, a large side by side refrigerator for all your groceries. Let the chef in your house create their masterpiece and serve it at the beautiful dining room table that can seat 8 people. After dinner, you can relax in the living room were you will find two leather couches and two recliners to get comfy on while watching a movie on the 50" wall mounted flat screen tv or playing a board game or a game of cards. Just off the living and dining room is beautiful sun room, it is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening night cap. You will also find on the main level, 2 bedrooms, each feature queen size beds, in between the 2 bedrooms is a full size bathroom that features a double-sink vanity and a tub/shower, also on this floor is the laundry room for your convenience.
The upper level of the house features the master bedroom/bathroom. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen tv and a private balcony with seating for two and amazing views. Just off the bedroom is the master bathroom, this features a walk in shower, a garden tub, and a double-sink vanity with seating. Just across the hall is the loft that overlooks the entire dining and living room, it features a queen size bed, and has a private balcony as well, it overlooks the beautiful pool and Estero Bay. The main focal point of this rental is the gorgeous well maintained private screened in pool. The spacious patio offers lounge chairs, and seating for all to enjoy. The main deck right out the front door features a patio table and chairs to enjoy meals out on and is fully screened in, also on the deck is a 2 person sitting area that overlooks the pool where you can watch the kids play while enjoying your favorite cocktail, so pack your bags and come stay at Sea Breeze Oasis for your next vacation.
