This house is ideal for business travelers, family gatherings, or relocation housing. It's upgraded with new kitchen appliances and beautiful flooring. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, game room, beautiful Japanese landscape yard with Koi fish pond and waterfall. 6 minutes walking distance to the nearest Max Station. About 2 miles from the THPRD Athletic Center. Companies such as Columbia, Intel, and Nike are about 3 miles away. Also perfect for those who want to explore the well-known Multnomah Falls, Silver Falls State Park, Cannon Beach, Devil Punch Bowls State Park,...

The living room with high vaulted ceilings will welcome you right in and the formal dining room will seat up to 10 comfortably. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with spices, utensils, plus cooking and baking necessities. The natural skylights and lots of windows offer the house a beautiful and vibrant feel. The shady private backyard with a Koi fish pond plus outdoor furniture would make you peaceful and relaxed.

The fifth bedroom on the main floor is connected to the huge suite.

Laptop-friendly workspaces are available right in the bedrooms with laptop desks for beds.

A multi-phone charger is available in the Family Room.

You must be at least 25 yrs old to reserve. A copy of your valid picture ID is required.

There is outside video surveillance and guest counts are monitored. Tampering with any cameras will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund.

We come Tuesday evenings to take out the trash bins to the street, and Wednesday evenings to bring them in. Please do not park on the street that'd block the trash bins on Wednesdays, the trash pickup day.

The house made a great base of operations for an event we had over the weekend. Lots of dining and shopping within a 10 minute drive. The host was wonderful and very responsive.

OVERALL: our gathering of 8 children all under age 11 and 9 adults was enjoyable. The "upside" of this house was it allowed our family to be together, which is the MOST IMPORTANT thing. The cost was very reasonable. It is close to shopping, the zoo (which we attended and enjoyed) and other activities. If we ever consider the Portland Metro area again for a family gathering we would definitely consider this home.

Road noise

Very clean house. Comfortable beds. Great location. Quiet street in front of the house. Safe for walking. Quick responses from owner when we had a question. The back yard and back patio are behind a very busy street. The bedrooms that are in the back of the house hear the road noise. It is challenging to have a conversation in the back patio because of the constant and close road noise.

A lovely property

My friends and I enjoyed our week long stay in the Portland area at this vrbo. We ran into a few issues here and there but the property manager was very attentive and helped to resolve any issues that arose in what ways they could. I would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice place outside Portland but close enough to get into the city fairly easily. It has plenty of space for a large group and a lovely backyard to sit down in and relax while listening to the koi pond.

Great location for Mission Connexion Conference

15 of us from church comfortably stayed for a couple nights while attending the Mission Connexion conferences at Sunset Church in Beaverton. Well outfitted kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of hot water, easy check-in, good communication with the owner. Would be happy to stay again.

Perfect home base for Girls’ Weekend

This home was perfect for our group of ten ladies. We enjoyed the multiple bedroom options and the comfort of the house. The location allowed us easy access to multiple plans all around the Portland area. And our hosts were helpful and kind! We will definitely plan to stay here again when a Portland trip calls our names.

Wedding

The outdoor space is very enjoyable. No air conditioning upstairs (or very little) so we purchased three fans to move air around . One upstairs shower head was broken, difficult to get hot water as water selection would just spin. Toilet seat in powder room one side broken. Some glasses were dirty and pots and pans were not clean. The bads are VERY comfortable. All in all we enjoyed our stay as we could all be together. Thank you

Clean and well- equipped.

For the purpose of attending a wedding, our family of 11 stayed at the Vrbo. There was plenty of room with 2 beds in most bedrooms. One bedroom is connected to a larger room with a door between the two rooms. A primary suite has an attached bath. Very clean! Kitchen is well equipped with all appliances incl standard drip coffee and cup type. Nice towels, clean bathrooms, everything available. Quiet neighborhood.

Great Graduation Stay

We had 11 of our friends and family join us for our daughter’s graduation. It was a great house. Clean, stocked with essentials like paper towels and trash bags. Plenty of dishes. The 7 yo, teens, and my husband, enjoyed the foosball table. We would all happily stay again.

We were here for a celebration of life and all the family came together. The location was in good proximity to where we needed to be however the noise from the road behind us was a bit more than we had expected. However overall we were very pleased with this rental. I would recommend it as long as traffic noise isn’t a bother for you.

Perfect Stay for our Family

The house was the perfect size for a large group, with nice separate areas to gather. The kitchen had everything we needed, and a nice big dining table for meals. There were even toys for our little ones to enjoy!

Best place to stay at for large group

We stayed at the property for 4 days with my family and extended family for a wedding in Portland. Everyone was very happy and comfortable. The place was able to accommodate everyone. The house is well stocked. We loved the location, it’s a very quiet neighborhood and everything is nearby (grocery, fast food, restaurants, shopping). Teresa was very quick to respond whenever we needed something or when we had questions. Thank you Teresa for letting us stay in your beautiful home. I would definitely recommended this place and will be coming back again.
