There are total of five bedrooms and three bathrooms located in the house. The space could accommodate up to 13 people, air conditioned and heating, washer/dryer in unit.

-Bedroom#1 is the master bedroom, which has two queen size beds, with ultra comfortable mattresses, TV, walk-in closet/kid's playroom, and full bathroom with a private tube and a stand alone shower.
-Bedrooms#2, #3, and #4 have queen-size beds, comfortable mattress, closet and hangers.
-Bedroom#5 is located on the first floor, with a queen size bed, there's a shower on the first floor as well.

Maximum 4 car parking, 2 (small cars) in the garage and 2 on the driveway. Off-street parking is only permitted on one side of the street and is highly competitive. Parking on the street side of the home is Prohibited. if cars are parked on no parking side of road. guest will be responsible for any fees resulting from improper parking. Neighbors are great at looking for infractions. please let all additional guest with vehicles to be aware parking arrangements.
