Centrally located in the Templeton Gap wine region (with a few wineries on the same street), you are just minutes away from both downtown Templeton and Atascadero. Sit down on the 500 sq ft patio and enjoy the majestic view while having a bbq, drinking a glass of wine, or playing lawn games. Speaking of games, entertain the whole family in the game room w/ choice of darts, pool table, ping pong, connect 4, pop a shot, and more!

We stayed here 4 years ago, and it's the same lovely space with a beautiful view. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking, the beds are very comfy, the open living room/kitchen is awesome, and the game room is AMAZING for kids.A few slight negatives: The hot tub was not operating due to an electrical issue (should be fixed soon, but was disappointing for our stay), the main bedroom does not have anything close to blackout curtains so is fairly bright as soon as the sun comes up, and my puzzle enthusiast partner was dismayed to find that many of the puzzles were missing multiple pieces.

Beautiful house with a well equipped kitchen, comfy living space and great master bedroom. The outdoor space was gorgeous. Unfortunately the hot tub was not cleaned and I couldn’t use it-tried to reach out to the host but never received a response.

The overall stay was fantastic. I like to cook, so the kitchen was bigger than the pictures do justice and it was equipped marvelously. The front entertainment area and the back yard were very friendly to cozy up and relax, the hot tub was wonderful. My kids enjoyed the puzzles found in the cabinet (no electronics yay). My wife claimed (and I also) the bed was incredible in the master and my kids loved that they could share a room, but not need to share the bed by having their own bunks. So great. The game area (garage) could use a little refresh, not by anyones fault, but the wear and tear on the game surfaces has become interruptive to a "real" game. The ease of entry is amazing; I was towing a trailer and had a dually truck, so I had a unique time getting things in and out of the roadway, but the driveway is super spacious and easy to park and maneuver. Again, it was a fantastic stay.

Ranch House in Atascadero

Our recent stay at this ranch property in Atascadero was awesome! We stayed 3 nights over Cal Poly's graduation weekend for our daughter's graduation. We had my mom and her sister, both in their early 80's with us, as well as my son (also a recent college grad). The house is exactly as shown with a spacious open room with a spectacular view of the outdoors. We had a couple college graduates and parents over for a couple hours one evening so the game room came in very handy. The outdoors provided great natural wildlife with deers, some unique birds, and coyotes. We spent most mornings on the patio enjoying the countryside. The amenities of the house are exceptional for a family as we had a family cooked dinner one night. It's perfect for wine tastings in Paso as we spent Sunday, Father's Day at our two wine clubs, Halter Ranch and Niner. It's just a 15-20 min drive to most Paso wineries. Overall, this property worked perfect for our celebration weekend. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful Christmas!!

We had an amazing Christmas holiday at this beautiful home. The pictures were great and obviously a reason we chose this home, but the real thing was more than we could have hoped for. Thank you to our hosts for making this a truly memorable holiday.

Didn't want to leave

Beautiful house. Came for our son's wedding at Mission Springs Barn. The house was perfect, clean and spacious. From the beautiful view to all the games in the garage it was just relaxing for adults and fun for the grands. Would stay again in a minute! We saw deer and eagles too.

Love the area and view

The home was a perfect layout, great view and clean. Deer every morning and quiet neighborhood. Good communication with the owners. Slight issue with the gate and water, owners responded quickly to resolve. Would highly recommend this home.

Absolutely Beautiful

We had a lovely stay. Our family loved the outdoor spaces the most. The weather was perfect which made the patio ideal. Plenty of room and appreciated the 3 bathrooms. Great open space indoors for extended family vacation. Hope to come back!

Loved our stay. Beautiful home and fully equipped. Lots and lots of kitchen equipment, toys, game tables in the garage and surplus air mattresses for larger groups. The house was perfect and the decoration was lovely.

Modern farmhouse with a view

Beautiful home with perfectly updated decor. Nice remote country location and great amenities. Important to keep in mind, you’re in the country with lots of bugs and a little mouse in the garage. That stuff is bound to happen. Wish check out were at least 11. 10am check out is a bit ridiculous for the price we paid. They were at the gate waiting for us to leave right at 10.

Awesome Getaway

House has everything any kind of group needs and the fact that it's clearly been fully decorated with care definitely makes it one of the nicest vacation rentals I've ever been in. They didn't skimp on any details just bc it's a rental. Location worked out great. Hot tub was amazing and the view was great to wake up to.

Spacious roomy house for multiple guests, only 20 mins from Paso, with and hot tub that we never got to use unfortunately. Lovely back patio with fireplace. Minor issue was kids toys throughout backyard of the property seemed inappropriate, especially when you are renting for two couples, trying to enjoy a relaxing time after a long day visiting Vineyards. The last thing we wanted to do was trip over toys throughout the backyard.

Family Focus

This property was EXACTLY as pictured and described. Absolutely beautiful home, setting, land, etc…. This home is set up as if it were lived in and loved well. So comfortable with every convenience available you could want. We had 5 adults, siblings meeting up from different states to relax, connect and laugh. We could not have asked for anything more perfect. The outdoor space was amazing, the game room in the garage was a place we all laughed a lot and enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for making your home feel like our home. We could not have asked for anything more….. well perhaps warm water showers would have been good. Every single one of us would have about 1.5 minutes of warm water then the remaining time was all cold water. No matter the length or which shower we used. That was literally our only complaint and seems like that would be a huge complaint but everything else was so perfect it really was minor.

This is such a lovely property. Country living at its best. So nicely appointed, well stocked, spacious and relaxing. Great location for visiting wineries. We had a minor issue, and the owner jumped right in to correct it.

Very beautiful home with lots to do

We had a very nice stay! The home is beautiful with lots of modern amenities. The game room was fun and kept us busy, and off our phones. The house is well stocked with everything you need. We would highly recommend this property!

Family Gathering

House is as exactly described. Wonderful facilities. The kitchen/open living space was our focal gathering place. Having our meals outside under the twinkly lights was lovely. Very relaxing patio to have conversations or just to sit to read and enjoy the views. House large enough that our party of 7 adults, a toddler and 4 month old that we never seemed cramped or in each others way. So many places to grab quiet time. The hammock was delightful. Listening to the birds and the late afternoon breezes was exactly what was needed. The children’s playground I think was the highlight for us grandparents. Our grand-daughter spent hours and hours being pushed on the swings. Lots of laughter and happy happy memories were made. Loved the fact the entire property was fenced and gated. This is one of our best places we have stayed. We hope to return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful.

Beautiful property

My husband and I and our friend couple had a fanstatic stay here. The house is spotless, well equipped and beautifully decorated with luxury bed linens and comfortable beds. We made full use of the jacuzzi, play room full of fun games and fire pit for a relaxing wine tasting weekend. 10 minute Uber into Paso for dinner but could easily have cooked in given the well equipped kitchen. Next time! Thank you!
