Laguna Beach meets a Tropical Canyon! Come enjoy this unique Bungalow nestled in Lower Bluebird Canyon. Newer construction studio has all the amenities one could want. Secured entrance from the street, lovely courtyard with views of the canyon walls. A 10 minute walk to the beaches, restaurants & unique boutiques. Beautiful canyon loop walk to east. WiFi, YouTube TV and Netflix included.
The Bungalow studio offers a lite & open indoor space with vaulted ceilings and polished concrete floors. The studio has a new queen memory foam bed, both soft & firm pillows and high quality linens. Ample closet area for hanging clothes and a tall useful dresser. The kitchen offers an over-sized hammered copper sink, induction cook top, convection oven, toaster oven, microwave, full size refrigerator and BONUS euro-style washer/dryer combo. Open shelving and a generous pantry round out a fully equipped kitchen. Dining indoors or alfresco offers bamboo, canyon and nature views. Versatile counter space for dining or working. A soft leather chair to sink into while enjoying your favorite book or TV shows. The Bungalow bathroom features a copper sink and oil rubbed bronze finishes. The shower offers adjustable massage shower head and subway tiled walls. The courtyard is a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine - all while taking in the bamboo and canyon views.

Our family of three lives on property here in Laguna Beach. We fell in love with the location and "bones" of the 1940's cottage main house in 2012. We love to travel and enjoy living like "locals." We are happy to offer that experience for other travelers whether on holiday, relocating or just trying a new town on for size.

We spent several years designing and updating the property to fit our desires and to share with others. We have created a very private and charming property. We look forward to sharing it with you. The beach has always been our calling and a community like Laguna is hard to come by. We walk almost everywhere. From the front door we can walk/hike east to canyons, trails or tennis courts in minutes. To the west, we are at shops, cafes, art galleries and world class beaches in 10 minutes. A handful of houses away is Laguna's best park & playground.

Our property is very private & unassuming from the street. The canyon views, privacy, and gardens we've created are all part of the charm here. Bluebird Canyon is a hidden tropical paradise with various landscape and abundant wildlife. The sounds of exotic birds and frogs in the stream are unique to this particular area of Laguna Beach. The Bungalow is self-sufficient with full kitchen, washer/dryer, and lovely courtyard. Abundant street parking and walk ability are great perks. You are also enjoying brand new construction and a well designed space.
