*** PLEASE NOTE: Building Repair Notice: The Association’s contractor, Hadley Construction, will be performing ongoing exterior wall crack construction. The schedule is as follows:


• West Side: Current through January 30, 2026.

• East Side: February 2 through February 20, 2026.


This includes grinding, epoxy injection, surface regrading, and recoating/repainting. Holidays will not be affected. All work is weather and schedule permitting.
