Located just 1 block away from an amazing community park and water park.Upstairs is 2/1 with queen beds.Downstairs is 2/1 with 2 twins in one room and a queen in the other room. Sofa bed for extra room.Only exterior staircase connect both floors.Private 80ft dock,pool,gazebo w/barbeque,sink,wine cooler, & icemaker. Deposit, $300 non-refundable pet fee. Max 2 pets

Wonderful stay

We loved this home. Ideal for boaters who want east access to the open ocean. They also had so many goodies for the kids to play with. The outdoor space was large and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and hope to stay again.

Very Happy 4th at Seabreeze

We had a great time staying at Seabreeze during the week of the 4th. Seabreeze is a wonderful home in a convenient and walkable community. Morayma is a great host and very responsive and hospitable. We recommend staying at Seabreeze!

Great property

This is the second time we stayed at this property. Very clean, neat and the property manager is very responsive. If you have a boat, it has a perfect docking set up. Close to the park for evening walks and a great place to let the kids play.

SEABREEZE IS 10 STARS!!!!!!!

Pictures and description of Seabreeze doesn't do it justice. The Ramos family went over and above to ensure our stay at their beautiful home left nothing to want for. From the beautiful welcome basket, fresh flowers throughout, bathrobes and slippers in every room, games, tennis rackets, basketball hoop, ping pong table, pool floats, beach towels, even every size battery if needed. They have thought about and anticipated every detail and possible needs. Seabreeze is beautifully appointed and immediately feels like home. Your home. The location is amazing, close to everything by car. A public park is walking distance with tennis, frisbee golf, walking trail or you could ride one of the four bikes at the house. We loved Kayaking and Paddle Boarding down the canal to the ocean. Both included with your rental. Morayma was available to answer any questions we had. The gated in property was incredible for our dogs. Oh yes. Pets are allowed. They felt they were home too. We will definitely stay again and recommend Seabreeze to everyone. The best VRBO we've ever experienced. Thank you Ramos Family for creating the perfect home and sharing it with us.

Sea Breeze was a breath of fresh air

Our stay in Key Largo was wonderful and the home that we stayed in was perfect. Extremely well equipped, centrally located and beautifully decorated, Morayma was a fantastic host. We hope to return again.

A great home away from home

We were very pleased with our stay. My wife is particular when it comes to accommodations and loved that they property was very clean when we arrived. The neighborhood was quiet which made it easy to enjoy our "island vacation". The backyard was our favorite feature of the home. There is nothing better than to lay out in the sun with a beer or glass of wine, there was no better way to relax. I would highly recommend a stay at Seabreeze, you will not be disappointed.
