Stay beachy at this stylish, remodeled condo with nautical décor, chef`s kitchen & island dining for six. Unwind on your private balcony overlooking the Gulf - cozy seating for sunrise coffee/sunset cocktails. Enjoy a heated pool steps from the sand, plus Wi-Fi, parking pass & complimentary beach gear.
You can enter this 3rd floor condo from either one of two entrances, where you will walk into the family style kitchen or living room. The spacious kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals at the table or get takeout and eat on the deck while taking in the view. The hallway leads you to the bathroom with stand up shower, King bedroom with several windows facing the gulf, the second King bedroom has balcony access. Aside from the comfortable and inviting interior, the balcony is one of the biggest perks of this condo. You can enjoy coffee in the morning or a cocktail at sunset. While you may spend a lot of time at the beach or pool, this is a perfect space to relax during your trip! We provide high speed Wi-Fi, parking permit for 1 vehicle, beach essentials including a buggy, beach towels, chairs and an umbrella.
Guests have full access to the private condo and balcony overlooking the Gulf—both non-shared spaces. Enjoy the year-round heated pool with WiFi, loungers, shuffleboard courts, grills, and picnic tables. Beach access is just across a few rows of parking, only minutes from the sand.
Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.
I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.
This complex faces the Gulf of Mexico (separated by a few rows of parking) and is steps from the sand. Just in front of the complex is a grille for eating breakfast or lunch (or grabbing a cold beer or Bloody Mary), as well as beach equipment rentals located right on the entrance to the beach. Within easy walking distance are dozens upon dozens of restaurants and bars, shops, convenience and grocery stores: What we love most about this complex is the quiet location off the beaten path of Gulf Boulevard, nuzzled among several residential complexes. The option to be among the crowds or lay low is completely up to you!
A parking pass is provided, and ample parking is available around the complex. The great thing is, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and you may likely not even move your car during your stay! Most commonly, our guests use Tampa International Airport. They have many transportation options to St Pete Beach, so you do not have to rent a car. Once on the beach, almost everything is walkable. The closest grocery store is 1 mile, but there are restaurants and bars within a few blocks. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent in this area, so if you do want to make a trip it is easy to do.
Please note: some lower units remain in various stages of renovation from prior hurricanes.
*Note* This building does NOT have an elevator so guests must be able to climb stairs.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
