THE BEAUTIFUL GULF VIEW AWAITS YOUR ARRIVAL! Enjoy our little piece of paradise at Vistas on the Gulf #404, ideally situated directly on the breath-taking St. Pete Beach. Relax and enjoy our stunning Gulf front balcony where you will be looking directly at the sparkling blue water, pristine powdery white sand and ever changing scenery with sun bathers, dolphins, boaters, kite surfers and shell seekers. Installing a brand new stylish, almost slip proof and water resistant, vinyl plank flooring, we have adorned our newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with lovely and comfortable furniture, including chairs and flat screen TV's, and a king bed in the master suite with a beautifully styled Travortine private bath with step in shower The master suite also has a walk out balcony to sit, relax and watch the beautiful picturesque sun set. The second bedroom offers a newly renovated twin bunk bed layout, full over double , 4 drawer dresser, flat screen TV with quick access to the second bathroom, tub shower combination. Linens and bath towels are provided, both baths have hair dryers and there is a new stackable washer/dryer in the unit for ease and convenience. Grab beach chairs, cooler and umbrella out of the closet; take a short walk through the beautifully maintained pool and hot tub deck onto the powdery sand to find your ideal spot on the beach. Keep your car cool in the reserved undercover parking spot. While vacationing in this family friendly beach town, enjoy the convenience of walking to local bar, roof top restaurants and spend an evening watching the sun set on the magnificent gulf coast. . Prefer to cook in? There are 2 gas grills available on the pool deck and our unit boasts a complete kitchen with full size refrigerator, plus stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, glassware, accessories in the kitchen. Comfortable, peaceful, beautiful. It was exactly what I wanted in a weekend. The beach has been rejuvenated, the sand was perfectly soft, and check in was a snap.

We loved our stay! The view from the balcony was outstanding! The sunsets were spectacular! The pool and hot tub were sparkling. There is direct access to the beach from the pool area. This section of beach was nicely uncrowded. We greatly appreciated the designated parking space and very convenient access to the elevator and to our unit. The property is a wonderful size with only four floors and not too many condos per floor. Check in was seamless and the owner communicated with us, suggesting great places to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay!! The unit has a great view and is lovely. We really enjoyed all ofthe family friendly amenities, including nice set up for coffee and breakfast and especially having beach chairs and towels here!

Beach Gem!

This place was perfect for a St. Pete Beach family vacation. Host Lisa was awesome. Pool and hot tub on premises were great with a walk out right on the beach.

Easy Time at the Beach

Was a perfect place to walkout on the beach, walk to restaurants, to grocery stores, and to bars. Nice pool and bbq area. Well maintained facilities. Great host. Very responsive and helpful

Absolutely amazing!!!

This place is beautiful! Amazing patio over looking the gulf. Multiple sightings of dolphins from the balcony. Lisa was great. Asked what time we were arriving and we knew we'd be in St. Pete Beach prior to check in time and since the cleaning people were done she allowed us to check in a little early which was great with little kids! The unit itself is just like the pictures show! Great beachy vibe and in unit washer/dryer is a great addition! I would highly recommend to anyone and would stay here again!

Spring Break

Lisa was an amazing property manager from when we initially booked right down to when we checked out. Condo had such nice space for our family of 5 large people. Loved being able to walk right out to the beach and also use the pool. A lot of great restaurants nearby that we were able to walk to for dinner. Can’t wait to go back to St. Pete’s Beach!!

Perfectly relaxing stay!

We opted to stay here while visiting my daughter at U Tampa. It couldn’t have been more perfect! Close enough to take the trip back and forth but not have to stay in the city. Right on the beach, it has a beautiful view and a spacious balcony to enjoy it from. The condo is well appointed with all the amenities you need for a relaxing beach or pool day. The property is well maintained and the condo was clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable which for a non sleeper was a huge plus! Lisa was very communicative and answered all questions promptly. She made the whole trip from check in to check out easy and stress free. Close to shopping and restaurants you don’t even really need to drive much. Will look forward to coming back!

There is not one thing we did not like about this everything about it was perfect. We stayed over Labor Day weekend with my four children and grandchild and it was simply amazing. Lisa is the most awesome host so easy to communicate with and she responds right away in addition to all the suggestions she made for us for our time there. After one trip this place has become our go to in St. Petersburg.

Hidden Gem

Honestly, you may as well called this unit ocean front, as we had the perfect view of the beach. Condo was exceptionally clean and it was a nice surprise to see the amenities in the condo such as plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels. There was handsoap, dish detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, etc., given that we arrived late, it was nice to have these items on hand without having to rush to a grocery store (which I might add is less than 1/2 mile down road).We interacted a couple times with owner and she was wonderful and responded immediately. Location is a perfect private spot on beach, so you don’t have to rush down to the beach to claim your spot. Condo was very quiet and relaxing. Grounds are well kept up. We spoke to a few people who are return renters, which is a good sign. We will definitely come back! Thank you for the wondferful memories !

Overall great St Pete Vacation!!

This was our third annual trip to St Pete and this condo made it a great one. The location was perfect and I enjoyed the view from the balcony, even on the rainy days!! There was enough room for the 3 of us, and we had all the supplies we needed. Only suggestion would be an additional chair in the living area to add more seating when more than 2 people. The owner was very easy to work with and responded quickly when I had a few questions. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic Place

This condo was very quiet, clean and well equipped. It exceeded expectations. There were beach towels and chairs. The pool and the hot tub were perfect. The location is two doors down from an amazing food truck spot and three doors (just far enough) from the world famous Undertow Bar! Got to see sunsets from the balcony too. Most important was the others staying at the complex-everyone was so friendly. We got invited to two parties- a barbecue and a 40th birthday. Great place for family or romantic getaways.

Or host was awesome with helping correct a few things that were not working and very available to answer any questions or issues we had . The property/ condo itself is run down. Needs maintenance care. The smaller room was very small and minimal lighting I can’t imagine accommodating 2 more children or adults

Great Family Condo

We stayed here for a Family Vacation. The condo had a great view of the beach and was supplied with umbrella's and beach supplies. The location is perfect, a 2 minute drive to Publix and starbucks and so close to the beach. We will choose again for our next family St. Pete's vacation.

Few days get away

I went with my husband on a business trip & didn't want to stay at a hotel by myself all day. Staying at Lisa's property helped me feel like I was on vacation!

It's been a lifelong dream to own a condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. I have 2 children, 8 and 10 and we enjoy the beach, pool, hot tub and being able to walk to have lunch or dinner right on the beach. Our favorite part of the day is the breathtaking sunset!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I chose this property because it was newer more modern construction, is centrally located to enjoy all that st.pete beach has to offer. I waited for a unit to become available to buy that had a perfect view of the ocean. I enjoy sitting on the balcony at any time of day just enjoying the beauty and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico.
