Spectacular Views of The Gulf of Mexico morning , afternoon and Sunset from our front balcony . Our Unit # 503 is the ultimate Beach getaway . Just see our reviews here and you will know you found a fabulous Beach Front Condo . Our Unit has been recently updated in August 2023 (new flooring) , September 2023 , new living room furniture . Our new couch in living room pulls out to a queen size sleeper (brand new September 2023). Very recently in October 2023 we had new blinds for our sliding doors and custom made custom wooden shutters for all the windows . A new 43 inch Smart TV was installed (December 2023). The place looks fabulous !! Our kitchen area and both the master bathroom (walk in shower) and 2nd full bathroom were updated in 2018. The rain shower in the master bathroom is my favorite. We can sleep up to 5 guests This Condo has two bedrooms , two full bathrooms , full kitchen and eating area . There is a washer & dryer in our Unit so no need to pack lots of clothing . Yes, we do have Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs & Umbrella for your use . Please see all 50 photos posted as this will give you a great description of our amenities both within our Unit and our Property . We are located on Gulf Blvd and close to Dolphin Village for grocery shopping , plenty of restaurants . We're just a 7 minute beach walk north of the famous Don Cesar Resort .
