Please read our 5 Star Reviews and you will know you found the value we can offer . Take advantage of one the premier 5th Floor Gulf Front locations on St .Pete Beach . Our Building was brand new in 2003 and designed to handle hurricane storms We are fortunate and look forward to have guests coming back to St Pete Beach and Vistas On The Gulf. Please take a look at dates and come down to our beautiful Gulf Front Condo. Our Condo is a true (see photos) Direct Gulf 5th Floor Ocean Front Unit. Spectacular Views of The Gulf of Mexico morning , afternoon and Sunset from our front balcony . Our Unit # 503 is the ultimate Beach getaway . Just see our reviews here and you will know you found a fabulous Beach Front Condo . Our Unit has been recently updated in August 2023 (new flooring) , September 2023 , new living room furniture . Our new couch in living room pulls out to a queen size sleeper (brand new September 2023). Very recently in October 2023 we had new blinds for our sliding doors and custom made custom wooden shutters for all the windows . A new 43 inch Smart TV was installed (December 2023). The place looks fabulous !! Our kitchen area and both the master bathroom (walk in shower) and 2nd full bathroom were updated in 2018. The rain shower in the master bathroom is my favorite. We can sleep up to 5 guests This Condo has two bedrooms , two full bathrooms , full kitchen and eating area . There is a washer & dryer in our Unit so no need to pack lots of clothing . Yes, we do have Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs & Umbrella for your use . Please see all 50 photos posted as this will give you a great description of our amenities both within our Unit and our Property . We are located on Gulf Blvd and close to Dolphin Village for grocery shopping , plenty of restaurants . We're just a 7 minute beach walk north of the famous Don Cesar Resort . There are fun Beach Bars close by to walk to . Our Condo is really popular as you would see once you experience this ultimate " Beach Getaway " !! Thanks for your interest !! We received a text from the owner, welcoming us to the property and extended an invitation to checkin earlier, if we were able. I’ve stayed at a few different units in this condo complex and can confidently say, it was by far our best rental, in regards to location, cleanliness and communication with owner. The unit is ocean front and is exactly as described. It overlooks a beautiful stretch of beach and just a cozy little piece of paradise.

Short family trip

We stayed here for a few days at the end of our Disney trip to relax a little. It was my wife, two 13 year olds and a 17 year old and myself and we loved it. Patrick was a fantastic host and we were even able to meet him in person one day while he was in town! He truly wants all his guests to enjoy their stay and even sent me a short video on setting up the beach canopy that was in the closet with the chairs! St Pete area is very calm to what we were used to and the condo location could not have been better! You will not regret your stay! (Ps: we loved the master bed mattress! Super comfortable!)

Great condo & location

Patrick was so helpful before & during our stay. He was fantastic! The condo was enough space for me and my husband and the location can't be beat! Right on the beach and close to many different places.

Fantastic family friendly condo. It was awesome that the condo had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cabana for us to use. Also, the pool had a variety of floats for the kids to use. Spectacular sunsets from the balcony! We will definitely stay again!

Amazing view and great location

This condo was perfect for our family of three. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The office staff were friendly and helpful and Patrick was very informative and personable. Great location and the views from the condo are amazing! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

St. Pete Beach Bliss

The condo is beautiful. The location is even better. The unit is clean and modernized with 2 beautiful bathrooms. The linens and beds in both bedrooms were extremely comfortable. There are at least 6 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cool cabana to utilize. The edge of the ocean is just steps away and the pool was enjoyable after a day at the beach. We enjoyed the direct ocean view from our balcony first thing in the morning and for the beautiful sunsets. Dining is available a few short steps from the condo in multiple restaurants. Our host was very friendly, informative and helpful and we can't wait to stay again!

My name is Patrick Leary . My wife , Susan , and I just bought this Unit in December 2021. We have just listed Unit 503 on vrbo in February 2022. We are an original owner of Unit 208 (partial view unit ) in this same building since closing in 2002 I am a Premier Host on vrbo with Unit 208 . We so look forward to staying in Unit 503 so that we can take advantage of all this Unit has to offer . The Beach View is amazing !1 It's a destiny .

This a "Premier" Gulf Front Unit . The" DIRECT FRONT" balcony view overlooking The Beach & Gulf of Mexico is awesome. The Sunsets right in front of you . I live in the Northeast USA and to have this opportunity to see The Beach & Sunset is a life goal . My wife and I did it this past December 2021. The Unit was updated in late 2018 and now again in 2023 . The previous owner , who was a friend of ours , did an outstanding job with this . We love the Kitchen area and both bathrooms especially . The whole unit , though small like a bungalow is so comfortable . it's a dream to be able hear the Ocean sounds from here . So soothing after a great day at The Beach .

5th Floor Gulf Front Unit overlooking St. Pete Beach and The Gulf of Mexico . This is a premium view . This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with full kitchen (updated in late 2018 ) washer & dryer . We just updated again in 2023 with a new floor , new living room furniture , new blinds and window shutters . The place looks awesome !! It so suitable for 2 to 4 guests . A 5th is ok . We love couples , families , girls getaways .
