This four bedroom home is newly redone inside and out. The backyard is great for relaxing on the patio or for grilling and gets shade so it's cool even on the hottest afternoons. TVs in every bedroom if you want to relax by yourself, there's also a game room.

It's near a very large off leash dog park if you have a furry friend. Just a couple blocks away there is a park with baseball fields and open space for the kiddos to run around, play structures, tennis courts and basketball courts.

The home is situated almost exactly between Denver and Boulder so it's as convenient as you can be to get to both. It is a couple of miles from flatirons Mall where there is shopping and dining. Situated in a quiet suburban neighborhood that is safe and easy to walk around the neighborhood. there is little traffic and plenty of off street and on street parking.

Great for family get together

The home is perfect for large family or small family reunions. There is ample space for everyone. A couple things could be improved upon. The dining table is difficult to impossible to use, because it is huge and heavy, and the chairs do not fit under it. In the backyard the house has a pleasant patio, but the yard itself is unfit for small children due to weeds and stickers. The owners were a delight to work with and just a few bits of TLC would make this house perfect for those larger groups.

Family Vacation

We had a great time at “the Colorado house” as my 3 year old called it. We had 8 adults, 2 toddlers, and a dog during our stay. There was enough room for everyone, and the kids and dog enjoyed the fenced in yard. The location was nice - quiet, within walking distance of a playground and pool, many restaurants and grocery stores within a few minutes drive, and centrally located between downtown Denver, Boulder, and Golden.

Clean and comfortable in doors. Outdoor area is not an inviting space to hang out and visit or entertain. It could use landscape, lawn maintenace and a little more patio furniture.

Not a cheerful home!

The home and yards were unkeeped. The yard was full of weeds. The cement walkway to the front door was uneven, causing possible trip hazzards. The home had bugs and cobwebs in all rooms. 4 of the window shades were broken the bedsode table lamp was missimg a turn on button. The starways needed railings. The upstairs toilet needed a new floot, so as to flush correctly, and the aircondioner needed work. The upsairs thermostat was 80 degrees while the down stairs was around 73. The basement walls and ceilings had cracks in them where it wasn't mudded correctly. There was a rusty shelving unit in the basement bathroom and a broken toilet paper rpll. I could go on but I'm sure you got the idea. The home could be nice if it was better msintained.

Exactly what we needed!

This house was perfect for our extended family and us to stay in while we were in Colorado for the week. The property manager made sure we had plenty of bath towels on request and a crockpot! The beds were comfortable the pillows were wonderful!I would happily stay here again the next time we come to Colorado!

Nice property in a decent area of Westminster/ Broomfield. Easy access to everything you would need. Livingroom was comfortable and kitchen although small was adequate. Beds were a bit hard but the pillows were good.

Thanksgiving stay

We had a great experience over Thanksgiving. The host provided extra dishes for us to use for cooking and even left us all the ingredients for brownies. My only suggestion would be that more trash bags and toilet paper are needed for a large group. It would also be nice to have some blankets available in the family room when it gets a little chilly. But overall, it was great and I highly recommend staying here!

Was Great! Center of everything we needed to do. Only issue was we did not have enough tp and trash bags. Everything else was Great! Highly recommend this place. Also a Very quiet Neighborhood.

Overall just as it was listed. Ran out of trash bags. Bbq grills burners are in need of replacement. BBQ grill needed a brush to clean the grill with. It can sleep 10 but needs more silverware and plates to serve 10. AC ducts in the house need to be balanced, basement is an icebox when upstairs is a good temp. Little stuff. Good location, close to grocery store. nice haveing a washer and dryer in the house.

Hidden Gem in between Boulder and Denver

I cannot rave enough about our stay! The location and price were absolutely perfect!! The house had plenty of space for all of us (4 adults, 6 kids, and dogs). Beds were comfy, everything was clean, and we were in walking distance of the community pool, which the kids LOVED! We definitely plan to come back and recommend this place to others!!

Family Time

Carrie’s place was just right! The rooms were spacious and there were a ton of new appliances which was perfect for our entire family staying. The downstairs pop-a-shot was a hit with the kids, and the cooling system kept the house feeling great during the warmer days. There is a park within walking distance with a playground and outdoor pool. There’s also an off-leash dog park around the corner that we didn’t get a chance to explore but it looks pretty great for the furry ones. This place was located pretty centrally between both Downtown Denver and Boulder, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby if you’re looking for convenience. The neighborhood was quiet, lots of families. Glad we had the opportunity to stay, and would absolutely stay here again if given the chance!
