Spacious oceanfront kitchen with plentiful appliances and barstool seating for 3.
Eating spaces include seating for 8 in the dining room or on the oceanfront lanai.
Living room opens to yard with amazing view, two sofas and armchairs, and two large ceiling fans.
Cozy, quiet den with printer, games/puzzles, and two armchairs facing the ocean.
TV room with two sofas.
Half bath on main floor.
Oceanfront master bedroom suite complete with large walk in closet, balcony, spacious bathroom, desk, and king sized bed.
Oceanfront queen sized bedroom with balcony and shared Jack and Jill bathroom.
Third bedroom with shared Jack and Jill bathroom has a queen bed with optional pull out twin trundle. Two small bonus rooms each contain a twin bed. Note that these are SMALL rooms that fit a twin bed and tiny nightstand. Ideal for kids.
An outdoor studio room with beach supplies offers a third full bathroom for showering after beach trips.

Now for the business that has to be spelled out so we are both on the same page.
Puako is a quiet neighborhood with quiet hours from 9pm to 8am. Houses are typically not air conditioned, so people sleep with their windows open and get up with the sun (and birds!). Please respect our neighbors as they will call me if you are loud. If you are looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating getaway, you have found it here! Absolutely no guests who are not registered at booking or by talking to me before checking in.
