Inside of condo was beautiful and clean. It is in a good location. Well equipped with day to day necessities. We did go without a TV all week in living room because Roku would not connect and had no instructions. I would also recommend adding the patio area to cleaning regiment. The loungers had no padding and had a lot of bird droppings on the back where you adjust them. The other issue we had was with our parking pass. After being harassed three of the five days we finally figured out it was because our parking pass was filled out by the tenant with a high lighter and could not be read. All in all it was a good week.

Awesome condo

This property was absolutely gorgeous. The views from the 15th floor were stunning. Condo itself was beautiful and cozy. Evething you need is within walking distance. Wal-Mart was a 10 min walk but you see so much on the way there. Gas station and American diner within walking distance. Just an overall great experience.

Property was just enough for my family and me! We don’t need much so though it was a smaller unit, we made it work. Loved that is was Within walking distance of local attractions and our favorite restaurant! Only issue was there were some elevator issues that they were working on that would wake us up super early, being right in front of them. (Not the units fault).

Very Nice Condo

The condo was great and very clean. It is exactly like the listing, and we greatly enjoyed the stay. The view and building are both really nice, with gates to get in by car and walking. The washer broke on us, but the management company was very responsive with sending someone to fix it.Suggestions for improvement for child safety:- There are outlets in the bottom bunk bed, which is nice to charge phones. However, it would be nice to have some outlet covers for smaller kids.- A deadbolt on the exterior door would be nice for additional safety and to prevent small children from being able to open it (just a door handle) - especially since the bunk beds are in the entry hallway

We could not be happier with our stay in this unit. Everything was as described and better. Everything worked just fine. Had every amenity that we were hoping for and more! We will definitely be back

Excellent home!

This home was wonderful and beautiful.. it is on the tiny side however. We also were not too happy with the town though. We came to PCB in May. The amount of party goes and drunks were insane. The entire condo often times smelt strongly of Marijuana! Probably not my biggest recommendation for a family with small children.

Great condo

Such a nice location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is in a really beautiful location. The building and grounds were well kept. The condo, itself is also very clean and was welcoming. The kitchen and baths were really nice and had plenty of amenities. The view from floor#15 was great (but for exceptional view of sunrise and sunset, the beach is best). The coded, gated entry and extra was an added safety feature. (however, the code to the beach gate was incorrect on our email, we gained entry only through the help of a resident). The biggest suggestion we could give the owner is to update the furniture and most especially the mattress in the master bedroom. We left a day early just because we didn't want to endure another night on it.

Reviewer Comments: Twin Palms rm1503 was really a wonderful condo, has all the amenities you would want and close to allot of very nice restaurants and within walking distance to shop. The most important aspect to this condo is the security and safety of a very secured parking garage with a code needed to get in! A lot of other condos in the areas just have security officers working in the front Gates and anyone can slip by it any given time!! I found this condo Twin Palms to be a very secure and safe environment for my family I would stay here again!!

Perfect location condo!

The condo was great! Perfect location, close to everything and the beachfront balcony view was spectacular. It could have been a little cleaner and although I was told I could check to see if housekeeping finished early, the gate code I was given would not work until 4:00 so that was disappointing. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would stay there again!

It was a great stay, with a beautiful view. The hot tubs jets weren’t working, so my boyfriend had to find a nob to get it to work out for the week for us. I wish someone could’ve assisted on that better, but overall a 10/10 stay.

Relaxing beach get-away

This property is exactly how the pictures look! It’s gorgeously decorated and beautiful. We loved having two full bathrooms - getting cleaned up was easy! My friend had the bedroom and I slept on the bottom bunk which was SO comfortable and cozy! I loved the reading light to enjoy my books before sleep. The pool is beautiful at this property and of course the beach is amazing. If I’m able to return in the future I would hope to rent this exact unit again. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us!

Très propre, bien situé secteur un peu plus calme malgré le spring break, ascenseurs rapides, très belle vue sur le golfe. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour de 3 semaines et demi.
