Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

Location! Location! Location! Our Condo on the Beach has it all! Walk out the front door of Twin Palms and you have access to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Once you are in the condo you can sit back and relax on our oversized balcony. Situated on the 11th floor, you are just high enough to not hear the pool noise and be able to enjoy great ocean views! Watch the parasailers, stingrays, and amazing sunsets. Enjoy your time on the beach with complimentary beach service (Mar. - Oct 2022). From there you can walk the beach to the famous Pineapple Willies. Want to relax and cook at home? Our kitchen is fully stocked with new pots and pans, plenty of tableware, a Keurig, and an air fryer! We have seating for 4 at the kitchen island and 6 at the dining table. You will also find new living room furniture, new bedding, new HD Smart TVs in all rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, black-out curtains, a washer/dryer, fresh neutral paint, and Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout the entire condo.

Want a break from the beach? You can also soak up the sun at the large pool and jacuzzi surrounded by new pool furnishings. In addition you have access to an indoor jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. There is plenty of parking in the covered deck on levels 1-3, so easy to park and unload. There are 3 elevators for quick and easy access to the condo. Twin Palms offers everything from water sport adventures to complete relaxation. We know you will love your stay at our condo on the beach!

Very nice condo

Condo was very nice and spacious. Convenient parking.. Self Check-in was easy. The view from the balcony is amazing. The pool is huge and not crowded.We had to call housekeeping for a minor issue and they showed up to fix the problem within 10 minutes. I was very impressed with the service. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vaca

The property was very nice. We enjoyed being right on the gulf. The pool, hot tub, exercise room were nice. The accommodations were everything my family was looking for. The condo could use a little extra TLC, my handyman husband was itching for some tools. Aerators on faucets need a good cleaning, screen door needs adjustment, squeaky master bathroom door., just a few little things.

Great location! Great price!

Our first time staying in Panama City. Was there for 65 days and definitely would return to same place if we ever returned. Close walking distance to many restaurants and Walmart. The pictures didn’t lie also. Exactly what you see, you get. No keys to deal with, just some codes. Very happy with our choice!!

Rooms were nice, balcony was large and had plenty of sitting area and was very comfortable. The only issue we had - microwave and refrigerate was very dirty inside, floor was also very dirty, I don't think anyone moped the floor in a long time. Condo came with chairs and umbrella on the beach which is a plus!

Reviewer Comments: Rental was very clean, was in a great location, management staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were nice , balcony was large and had plenty of sitting area and was very comfortable, only issue was the master bathroom had black mold in shower on the ceiling and on the tub that should have not been there !!! Regardless of what owner may think caused/ causing it !!!.. especially at the price point ... other than that there was no issues with the condo or the amenities there .. condo came with chairs and umbrella which is a plus ...would suggest owner have electrician install better fan and wire the master bathroom light and fan together on same switch so fan is always running when light is on to eliminate mold ..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean. The main entry door didn’t close tightly, had a lot of play in it. The garbage disposal stuck bad. We even cleaned it to try and calm the smell but it didn’t work. The temp stayed 74 even when the thermostat was turned down to 68. Beach chair rental service was rude to my uncle who is a veteran. We were allowed 2 chairs free but there were 8 of us. On our day of arrival we stayed at the beach until check in, she told us we could set their since it was going to be just a short time and if we decided to rent them for the week we could let her know. Then when we went to leave she was rude and said she was refusing service to them. He went back the next morning and paid her for that day of service and she still refused to rent to him until Wed. By that time we had already had such a bad experience we chose not to. I will consider booking again but will definitely bring my own beach chairs and shade. I do not support someone who is disrespectful to others, especially a veteran!!

Great condo

Loved the condo and location. Only 1 issue was the ceiling fan in master. You can't use it due to it being very loose. Sounded as if it was going to fall. One last thing is the gate code to the beach access. I got onto the beach with no problem with code. But had to climb the fence to get in. Code would not work. Waited 15min & 3 calls. No luck.

Liked it alot

Great overall. Only issue was there is intermittent short buzzing sound(lasts about 3 seconds) that woke me up numerous times. Maybe from the air conditoner unit outside, when it starts up near the entrance(I slept in smaller bedroom). Ear plugs not enough. Also blue plastic cup(s) leak.
