This townhome is located on Peak 8, right next door to a protected wetlands where wildlife travels daily. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths for guests to enjoy. The main level has a large kitchen, dining room and living room with a big screen TV. The views are phenomenal!


Upstairs is the master suite with a king bed and full bath with a tub and standalone shower. A half-flight down from the main level is a second living area with a HUGE TV and pull-out sofa. The hot tub is accessed through this room. There is a full bath located on this level as well.


All the way downstairs are the other 2 bedrooms which are adjoined by a jack and jill bath. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, the third bedroom has a captain's bunk. The bathroom has a full shower and tub.


The ski area is usually accessed by the Breck Free Ride shuttles which stop about a block away by the Nordic Center. Guests can also walk to 4 O'Clock Ski Run which is about a third of a mile down the road. The shuttle stops very regularly throughout the year.


Guests do have access in the garage for 1 vehicle, and the second vehicle may park in the driveway. Due to the location near the wetlands, this is not a property for loud groups. It disturbs the animals and the neighbors.
