All houses in my neighborhood are ok after Helene - so lucky and grateful for it🙏🌱 A waterfront property on lake Hartwell, South Carolina - it is a sacred place for retreat and reflection, surrounded by water and nature, a true sanctuary...🌱

A specious 1000 sq ft deck provides comfortable outdoor living: sunrise yoga in the summer; wrapped in blankets by the fire in the fall; nestled in the hottub under the stars or the falling snow… very private and safe... It is a place to rebalance and nurture your soul...
The open floor plan is elegant but modest and not pretentious. Living room with 75” TV and fireplace; Half bath at living central space. Guest wing with two bedrooms and a full bath between... Linens closet with new fresh towers and robes. An intimate sun room is the heart of the house, for morning coffee or evening wine, with views to the lake and the back yard large mother tree, home of beautiful red cardinals and transcending wind chime sounds... Deep covered porch and veranda to enjoy the sun from the shade, watch the soft rain, the dramatic thunderstorms or the falling autumn leaves... It is a beautiful place to enjoy recharge and resume the journey back to your home :)

It is 13 miles south from Clemson and convenient for enjoying a football game, graduation or parents weekend.
30 miles southwest of Greenville with its fine dining, concert venues, and the famous Swamp Rabbit trail for exploring the city on your bike or on your feet. Beautiful Smokey mountains and parks a short drive away… And again, I hope you like the water and the quiet - it is the true magic here ✨

Lovely home. We were here for the weekend for our daughter’s bachelor/bachelorette party. Lovely town and lake! Spent an evening in Greenville as well. Location of property was perfect for our needs.

This was our second visit to this property and the experience was just as relaxing as the first. The lake house is beautiful, convenient, and quiet. And Nikolina is a fantastic host.

Great stay

My wife, daughter, and me stayed here for my other daughter’s graduation. Property is beautiful, situated on lake Hartwell. The house is updated and very clean. The photos do not do it Justice. 20 minutes from Clemson University, 10 minutes from the center of Anderson. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time staying here for a Clemson game! The property was clean, spacious, and so peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing by the water. Nikolina was communicative and ensured we had everything we needed, including toiletries, dishwasher/laundry pods, and water bottles which was a nice touch! We look forward to visiting again!

Great Lake house

My family and I stayed here for a quick weekend away! We went to a Clemson football game and this property is about 10 miles from the school and right on the lake. My kids enjoyed the hot tub and house was well appointed and clean! We will definitely be back!

Stayed for a weekend to attend a Clemson game. By far the best VRBO I have stayed at. Very clean, thorough instructions, and property was beautiful.

Beautiful House and setting within 20 min of Clemson

House was beautiful and immaculate. Great indoor and outdoor spaces. Lovely access to lake side. Quiet setting but short drive to Clemson and restaurants and stores as well. Crazy comfortable beds and blanket. Host provided amenities for everything. Highly recommended.

A Peaceful, Upscale Lakeside Retreat

This beautiful lakeside home is located in a safe, upscale neighborhood that is close to the restaurants and stores of Anderson. Yet the homes are spaced far enough apart to provide peace, quiet, and privacy. The home is clean and comfortable. The large sundeck with a hot tub overlooking the lake was so relaxing. And the laser light projector was a delightful touch, adding magical sparkles to the trees at night. Highly recommended!

Nice lake getaway

This home is very well appointed with lovely decor. The outdoor deck area is perfect for relaxing in privacy with a nice view of the lake. The only complaint we have is that one of the pictures with the listing a bit misleading - the one showing Adirondack chairs facing a sandy beach implies you have access to that beach but it is on the neighboring property. Otherwise the property was as advertised and met our needs.

Fantastic Time at the Lake

My wife and I met our son, a Clemson student, for Homecoming weekend. Hurricane Helene knocked out the power, but we still had a great time. The house was comfortable and clean. The lake access and deck were amazing for a weekend without TV and electricity. So glad we were not in a hotel. Every person we met in Anderson and Clemson was very positive and helpful under trying circumstances. I recommend the property and the people and the place. Our host kept in touch, and everything worked out well. We'll be back.

Hidden Gem in Anderson County

After a scenic drive off of I-85, through winding roads and views for miles, we pulled into a sweet little house with a perfectly manicured lawn in a nice neighborhood tucked away on the lake. We walked in and immediately felt right at home. Nikolina has thought of absolutely every small detail to make her lake house feel like a home away from home. This was quite possibly THE cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, and silverware. We were visiting our son at Clemson, and though it’s a good 20 minute drive to campus, it was WELL worth the drive to be away from the crowds of game day and have a quiet place to recharge after a busy day. My husband and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you for everything Nikolina!!!

Graduation

We traveled to Anderson for our daughter’s college graduation for Clemson and stayed here. It was perfect. Beautiful, clean house with fabulous amenities! Fully equipped kitchen, hot tub and beautiful deck, swim towels, bath towels, even slippers and robes! Very convenient to Clemson, about 15 minutes. The host is fabulous. She was always very quick to respond to any of my message/questions. She even left us a bottle of wine and a “Congrats Grad” balloon on our arrival. Even though we never met in person, I felt that she truly wanted us to enjoy her home. And we got to bring our dog too!! Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!!
