Papakea D209 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located on the second floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The open-concept living room features Air Conditioning, Hawaiian-theme furniture with tropical decorations, a dedicated workspace, a large flat-screen TV and a Queen sleeper sofa.

Retreat to the serene bedroom with a King-size bed and large mirrored closets. The bathroom boasts a ceramic tile vanity space, textured glass detail and a large walk in shower. Pack light and take advantage of the unit's washer and dryer for added convenience. Unwind on the private lanai with a dining table for 2. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the view. A dining table for 2 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping a breeze and provides additional counter seating for 2.

*** Notice of Property Plumbing Project:
- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

Great vacation location

Was a great place to stay. The staff were amazing and super friendly. Loved the amenities in the room including the beach chairs and boogie boards. Would totally recommend staying here. Amazing location.

Perfect location

This was the perfect location. Nice pool, beautiful beach and close to grocery store and restaurants. Condo had every think we needed including beach towels.

Papakea is a lovely resort with beautiful views of the ocean, sunsets, and wildlife! The residents and staff are so friendly, and all the services you need are just steps away from your apartment! A putting green, pickleball, pools, hot tubs, wonderful landscaping, and its quiet, safe and convenient to so many things! Papakea is a must stay!

Lahaina vacation

Pleasant property. Kitchen was very well equipped. Furniture was in great shape and the bed was very comfy. It was quite clean and had adequate cleaning supplies to maintain the unit during our stay.

First time at Papakea

First time staying at Papakea. Very family friendly oceanfront property. We enjoyed the amenities the resort had to offer including shuffleboard and a putting green. The property management team was excellent at responding to any inquiries or requests we had (floor fans, pillows for sofa bed, etc)

Idyllic Setting

I can't believe how thrilling it was to stay at Papakea. At our age we enjoy the rather slow, peaceful pace where we can just read our books or rest in the sun. Unit D209 gave us an excellent view of the grounds and ocean so we spent much of our time on the lanai enjoying the sights. We will be returning next October, for sure.

Amazing In Maui

We had a great stay. Waking up every morning to such a view made our vacation exceptional. The pool and spa were right next to the ocean & the water filter at the cabana was an added benefit. The BBQ grills were in perfect working order. Our shower was awesome, the washer & dryer & all the kitchen utensils were so convenient. We were close to many beaches, shops & restaurants. The only thing less than ideal was running out of paper towels & toilet paper. The other benefit was payment protection in case of illness prior to arrival. Thank you for a PERFECT stay.

Both our unit and that of our son's family were terrific. Our unit, in particular was well appointed..such as nice lamp shades and towels. The unit management was responsive to our needs when we ran into a small glitch. I would rent this unit and our son's unit again.........

Always Love Papakea

We have stayed at the Papakea resort four times over the last 22 years and always have a wonderful experience. 4 days into our stay, we realized that 9 days weren't enough and were easily able to extend our stay an extra two days (luckily our condo was available a few days between our stay and the next guest's). This condo doesn't have air conditioning, but it's not something we've ever used during our previous stays at Papakea. Keep the sliding door open and you'll get a fantastic breeze. Looking forward to our next visit.

We loved D209 at Papakea Resort! 5-stars ALL THE WAY

Papakea D209 was a perfect place to stay! Really enjoyed the beauty walking around Papakea resort and especially loved being so close to the ocean. This location had everything we needed and wanted! We really feel like we got the full Hawaii experience inside and out of this property! The bed was very comfortable after a long day outside, and we really liked sitting on the lanai in the evening. Such a calm and relaxing place. The kitchen made eating in a breeze, but we also enjoyed some meals at the nearby eateries. The property management company was very good to make sure we were happy throughout our stay and attended quickly to anything we needed. It was nice that they were so responsive. You can tell they really care about keeping the property clean and comfortable for their guests. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone and we plan to stay again in the future.

Would stay again

Overall we had a great stay in this condo. The property is very nice and location is super convenient. Lots of restaurants, a food truck park, and grocery store within walking distance. Both pools are nice and we also enjoyed the hottub and the little golf area. Things to note that I wasn't aware of-- BUT this could have been my oversight when reading the description- is that the amount we paid was more than what we anticipated. There are additional fees tacked on and they also charge you for wifi and parking at the resort. Also, it's ocean front, but doesn't have a swimming beach. It wasn't an issue though because there is a swimming beach in front of the next-door property and it's a very short walk. All that being said- I would definitely recommend the property and would book again.

Wonderful Condo

We loved the peaceful location of this unit, the beautiful view from the deck, and how this resorts sits on the boardwalk to restaurants & bars. It was fun to visit with returning regulars at the ocean lawn at Papakea & learn of the favorite sites to see nearby. We'll be back next year with our kids' families!

Beautiful Condo

This location is beautiful! The condo is very clean and well maintained. My only suggestion/complaint is that the master bedroom does not have any blinds and when I say it’s light in there at night, I had to wear a sleep mask because it was so bright from the parking lot lights shining in. Also, there is no air so the windows need to be open and the bedroom windows are on parking lot side so you hear that activity. The bed was very comfortable and the breeze off the ocean made it cool down nice at night for good sleeping. Overall I would definitely stay here again. The property is beautiful.
