We are located in the heart of Manuel Antonio downtown surrounded by a quiet and relaxed atmosphere of green rainforest! . The road is paved, no steps to access to the property, and we are in walkable distance (0.09 miles away) to the bus stop, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, banks, spa, gym, nightlife and more!. Just 2 km away from the Manuel Antonio National Park and Beach!

Great place to stay

Jorge was a great host and the property was great. Communication was great and the house was close to all the shops and restaurants in the area. We had a great time in Manuel Antonio and would definitely stay again.

Nice house close to all the action in Manuel Antonio! Excellent wildlife viewing off the back porch we saw the best birds in the whole area from the house.

Beautiful place, convenient to local bus and local restaurants shops.

House in good location, nice neighbors. Clean and beautiful yards and able to see wildlife, monkeys, birds, and local pets. Would stay again.

Great house, great experience!

We loved our stay - the location is a short walk from restaurants and short taxi from the ocean. The house had everything you might need - towels, a boogie board, coffee etc. We would definitely stay again!

home base

We had a great home base as we visited national parks, did a zip line, and other activities. We could come back at the end of the day, play some games, have dinner and clean up from the day. A great home base for the family!

Animals Galore

We loved watching the monkeys from the deck and e enjoyed interacting with the neighbor’s dogs and cat. This home is in a fabulous location - close to Manuel Antonio, many beaches and restaurants. Jorge was incredibly helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Time

Had a wonderful time. Saw birds and monkeys from the patio. The manager Jorge was very helpful and helped us book an excursion. It’s a short walk to town which has many good restaurants and stores. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

Great place to stay in a wonderful location

The house was perfect for us and our two teens. Comfortable rooms with AC and a nice family area. The back patio was also a great place to hang out to relax, read, eat breakfast, or watch the monkeys go by. Jorge was very helpful and communicative. We had very easy access to a lot of restaurants, beautiful beaches, and a grocery store. All in all, a great experience.

Great location for Manuel Antonio!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great restaurants you can walk to and a 5 minute drive to the beach and national park. Apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Especially loved sitting on the deck having coffee and watching the birds. Very relaxing! Front patio was also a nice place to sit when the deck was too sunny and we needed shade. HJorge was incredibly helpful and gracious and even brought beauti flowers at the start of our stay! Really recommend staying here.

Backyard veranda looks out to lush vegetation

Some good birdwatching early morning and sunset if that interests you. We saw two spectacular Lesson’s Motmots one evening. Reasonably well appointed and a comfortable bed. AC only in the bedrooms.

Fantastic vacation home- Manuel Antonio/ Quepos

We are a family of 5, we loved our stay at this house. We wish we could have stayed longer. It felt like we were part of the neighborhood. Everything is in walking distance, grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops. We were met by Jorge at check in, he was so great, he showed us around and gave us tips on where to eat and how to visit Manuel Antonio park. He even told us the best spot to watch the best sunset I have ever seen. We really appreciated the opportunity to stay in this home. When we arrived, we went out on the large back yard balcony and saw white faced monkeys, and later a toucan. In the morning we woke up to the sound of the howler monkeys, it felt like we were in the forest, yet a block away from every thing we needed. It was perfect. Manuel Antonio Park was my favorite park and beach, it felt like a little paradise. We hope to be back again some day soon.

Maison avec grande terrasse ouverte sur la nature ( singes dans les arbres)très bien équipée. 2 sdb wc. 10 min du parc Manuel Antonio. 1h du parc des baleines au sud.5 min à pied des commerces. Je recommande. De plus, le régisseur Jorge donne des infos, des contacts si besoin

Amazing Home with Incredible Wildlife Views

We LOVED our stay! Jorge met us at the home and made sure we were comfortable and oriented. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with nice locals, and just a short walk to incredible restaurants and shops on the main Manuel Antonio thoroughfare. Everything else you could want is just a short drive or cab/bus ride away. But the most amazing part of our stay was the incredible array of exotic wildlife we saw IN OUR OWN BACKYARD! The house backs up to a beautiful wooded canyon, and while sitting having a cup of coffee in the morning or beer or glass of wine in the afternoon we watched groups of Squirrel monkeys, White-faced monkeys and Howler monkeys play and eat, sloths move slowly about, and toucans, Scarlet Macaws and dozens of other birds fly to and fro. Truly and amazing place to stay. We can't wait to go back!

Casa Silvana has stunning jungle/mountain views from the back balcony and bedrooms, all amenities are in one level area. Plenty of space, ideally suited for large groups.

The house contains three bedrooms, all featured with A/C and free wifi. The House is also featured with a fully equipped kitchen, and all the conveniences of home. The living room and dining area have plenty space for your group.

The back balcony has stunning jungle/mountain views, it is equipped with clothing lines, and a bar table to enjoy drinks and relax. Almost every day monkeys and sloths are visible up close from the balcony. The gardens and big yard of the property are filled with papayas, mangos and more.
