Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. - 2.5 mi from JW Marriott & TPC Golf Course - 25 mi from New Braunfels & river floating - 20 min away from airport Includes: - King bed in main bedroom - Queen bed in 2nd bedroom - Trundle bed with 2 twin beds in third bedroom - 2 x adult sized sleeping cots in main bedroom closet - Outdoors dining area and sitting area This rustic styled home is very comfortable, peaceful, and ideal for a relaxing family getaway. We wanted to create a space that makes you feel at home while delivering an experience that inspires relaxation and great vibes. This home includes 2 large desks to accommodate for the work-from-home lifestyle. The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook meals, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. Make yourself at home once you arrive. Are you in town for a volleyball tournament? We just so happen to have a volleyball net setup on the side of the house. There’s a rebounder for use too. I can provide a ball based on request or bring your own :). Front door access code and wifi info will be provided on check-in day. There is a private driveway for parking along with street parking available. I’m available by Airbnb message, email, or text. Our home offers a relaxing and peaceful hill country vibe. We’re 2.5 miles away from the JW Marriott Resort & TPC Golf Course. We’re 14 mi from the airport and 25 mi away from New Braunfels and rivers for floating. We’re also conveniently close to Sprouts & H-E-B for groceries along with many restaurants and bars. Let us know what you’re looking to do and we’re happy to recommend some local options :). I recommend using your own vehicle, Uber, or Lyft for rides around the area. We have never had a problem finding drivers nearby. If you are bringing young children, I can provide supplies such as a pack n' play or high chair upon request. There is a fireplace for use in the backyard, I can provide fresh wood pellets for an additional $20 upon request. When opening the front door please make sure to lock it behind you. The door will swing open unless it is locked. Although we are not fully setup as "accessible home", we do have elderly parents so we do have ramps and shower chairs available for use. Just let us know beforehand so we can have them setup for you before check-in.
